Kroger

This location is great. They are always fully stocked, self checkout is swift and easy, and there's plenty of parking (feels safe at night).

Shoutout to NEAL in the Floral department for his W O N D E R F U L service. Not only were his floral arrangements simply beautiful, he exhibited professionalism unlike no other. Thank you so much for your help with my purple orchids Neal! They were beautiful 😍

My fiancé and I would like to send Warren in the deli & seafood department a HUGE thank you for serving us. We came in for oysters since we love them. Warren was polite, and genuinely made conversation with us during our shop. He went even further by bringing out the cart with more oysters that were in the back since we requested quite a bit of them. Warren carefully hand-picked through the entire bush making sure that he gave us fresh oysters. It’s really the little things that make the BIGGEST impact because usually other grocery stores will just weigh your seafood, bag it, and off you go but Warren went BEYOND the threshold of great customer service. We greatly appreciate you Warren, as we only shop at the Monroe location. It’s good to know that there are kind-hearted people like Warren working for the Kroger business. The pic is of STORE manager, Tim, who not only runs one of the best Krogers in Atlanta (pertaining to customer service) but works amongst his staff, even with a knee injury to ensure customer needs are met. I had to beg him not to walk me over to the item I was looking for because of his injury. I just wanted to show my appreciation for this Kroger location and let you all know we appreciate you and your amazing service. I pass the Kroger on morsogo to come here….the deli could use better customer service but that doesn’t deter me from the entire store.

Kroger's is a good place to go for affordable produce and things to be able to quickly make meals I love it especially if you just like meat or you just want to do Kroger's that's the place to be now I know what the pandemic everybody's going through things but I think the employees can be a little bit more friendly I know everything if not it's where we need to be but you have loyal customers like me who take flowers who take meals and make magic with it go check it out guys it's a great place to create

Brett is such an amazing leader. I shop at the Ansley Mall location often. Anytime I see him, he’s very courteous and greets me with a nice smile. He was extremely helpful to me during my most recent shopping experience. I was lost in the store, unable to find my item. Although a store associate was near to assist, he still went above and beyond to ensure I got what I was looking for—in my case, a replacement item he suggested. I appreciate his feedback, willingness, and assistance. Kudos to Brett!

Vegetables and fruits are good and cheap

I moved to GA from CT and needed to find somewhere new to shop for groceries. I tried Publix but it was pricey and I didn’t like the vibe, Whole Foods is nice but doesn’t have all the brands I like, and Trader Joe’s doesn’t have a good variety. Krogers ticks all these boxes!

My first breakfast after we moved in to a townhome next door. Amazing! I have always heard of Star provisions but trying this place is an amazing experience. I love how relaxed and homely this place is (almost like my own kitchen) with housewares for you to shop around as well.

I'm even more so glad that I moved to this neighborhood with this little gem right around the corner.

This is my favorite Kroger!! Even though there is a closer store to me, I prefer to come to this one. The staff are friendly and helpful. I've gotten to know a lot of them - Katie, Barbara, William, Thelma, Tremaine, John, and others over the years. The produce always looks beautiful and the store always has everything I need!

Excellent grocery store, very nice deli department, a variety of cold and hot meals are available and sushi is prepared daily. In addition there is an extensive cheese and wine selection. The store is properly stocked, clean and well maintained.

Overall good experience although this particular locations soup selection is truly pitiful. otherwise selections are quite good here they have a fairly large wine beer selection as most Kroger seem to be trending towards nowadays.

Regular kroger experience. Didn't have any issues during this visit. Was at the pharmacy. I would say there's only one person maybe its because its lunch time but hopefully not at regular times too. Staff was friendly prompt and quick. I would return to this store.

This Kroger was a great place to shop. It was clean and well kept. The produce looked great. Navigating the store was easy. And, the staff politely helped me when I asked questions. I am from middle GA but I will return to this Kroger as it was a good shopping experience.

I sincerely had a truly amazing experience with my shopping experience yesterday, 07/31/2020 within this Kroger.

This was all made possible by my Florist, “Linda, my Cashier, Barbara and the Gentleman who helped put all my groceries in the bags and pushed my cart outside for me, Tremaine”!

As I was getting ready to check out, I met Linda first, who works in the Floral department & she noticed O was looking at the roses 🌹 displayed & I was quite taken indeed by how beautiful they looked.

She was so sweet & engaging with me in my decision making on purchasing the roses 🌹 & helping me pick out the best indeed🤓.

I want to thank her so sincerely from the bottom of my heart ❤ for her “Truly Amazing Customer Service”!

To my Cashier, “Barbara. Thanks 🙏 to Linda, I needed a question answered & Linda went forth & got the attention of Barbara to answer my question, not realizing she was going to be my Cashier at that particular check out line. I was so happy indeed🤓👌.

As I left my cart at that counter, still making a decision on my roses 🌹, Barbara said she would check me & told me to go continue making my decision in buying the roses 🌹 with Linda.

When I turned away & came back, Barbara had already put all of my groceries on the check out belt, so that she can just start ringing them up for me.

So, so sweet of her to have done that. Thanking God, no one else would still be behind me, waiting to check out. I felt like a Celebrity indeed being the only one at that time still checking out with Barbara🤓.

We had such an engaging conversation too & what a sweet lady indeed she was too as she was also so patient in making sure I wanted everything I picked up, since I was having doubts on some prices of things, but, in the end, ended up with everything😁.

Thank you 🙏, sincerely much Barbara, for your patience & time in checking out my items for me. I truly enjoyed our communication in the process & “Excellent Customer Service You Truly Delivered To Me”💁‍♀🌹🍷.

To Tremaine, the Gentleman who bagged 2gether all my groceries, so kind, so patient and understanding, in taking the time to get all the groceries bagged & in the small cart I chose, which when realized, he said, let me get you a bigger cart & I said, no, it’s ok, seriously though, I needed it, but I was just honestly trying to make it work & it did, after 3 or 4 falls, I’m sure Tremaine was thinking 🤔, I must be crazy by then😄.

I made it work, however & after he put all my stuff in order onto the bags & on the Cart, he even pushed the cart outside for me, thinking I was going to my car, but I told him, I’m taking a Cab😊.

Going Above & Beyond, is what he definitely did for me & I was so happy for this indeed!

I want to thank you 🙏 so very much Tremaine for your every detailed help with the organization of my groceries💁‍♀👌🍷.

Just left Kroger after picking up some things for dinner. The line at the 1/2 registers open was long and frustrating. The cashier had no help with bagging the items. Despite the long line of people and lack of help from her employees, Karen was extremely friendly and kind. I really appreciated her calm attitude and friendly demeanor. Thanks Karen!

I love sushi in this Kroger. ...Area always clean, chef and stuff is always friendly ,welcoming costumers and sushi is always every day fresh and delicious . I get what I pay for...Sushi is rych on ingredients and fish , compare to other stores where you pay $10 for rice and cucumber. Also I love this Kroger because they have everything. One of the best Kroger in Atlanta. Also manager is busy welcoming and helping costumes , always around busy bee...

This is my go-to grocery store. The staff are always very helpful, the lot isn't super sketchy, but the prices are still reasonable. The meat, produce, and bakery items are generally pretty good. I occasionally go to Trader Joe's instead because it's closer to me or if I'm looking for something specific, but for general week-to-week groceries this is usually my first choice. Plus, if you just can't find something at this store, there's a Publix practically next door and you can try there.

This is my favorite Kroger store. I have shopped many Kroger stores in the Atlanta area, this store is always well stocked with the products and brands I like. I am gluten free and the selection of products is good. Staff is always courteous and helpful.

My favorite Kroger. The Manager's Special's are constantly rotated and the International aisle has an excellent selection. If you're into it, there's a good organic section of the store. The sushi is the best grocery store sushi I've had too - the Seaside combo is the bomb..o.
