AT&T Store

I stopped in at about 10:30 am Wednesday Feb 21, 2024 and a member of your staff helped with a problem with my iphone. He did a great job for me when no one else could help me fix my iphone. Please let him know that his confidence in soothing my problem with the iphone was brilliant. Bravo and Bravo

Paul (Ansley Mall store in Atlanta GA). was the best ATT representative I’ve ever worked with!!! He was so polite, funny and most of all an expert on your iPhone product! I highly recommend Paul!

I don’t live anywhere near that store but I just happen to be in the area yesterday. The employees name was Joshua G. I figured he had to be the store manager because he knew everything and was assisting the other employee. He was incredibly polite incredibly helpful and very patient with my stupid questions. I don’t do all this technology stuff but he got me a great phone at a great rate and I’m incredibly satisfied with my purchase and the store at Ansley Mall. If you want the best customer service go see Joshua at the store on Piedmont Road in Atlanta Georgia!!! He’s a credit to the company and deserves to be commended highly!!! He set my phone up to mirror my old phone to make it that much easier for me to use!!

Excellent and fast service! We got in and out in no time. Very reliable and knowledgeable staff that get everything done fast and efficient!

Got a new phone here. Staff was great and did their best when they couldn't directly solve a problem.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Angel at this store. There was no wait time and she quickly and efficiently handled other customers while waiting for me to make decisions. She also took the time to help review my family's phone protection plans, better alternatives and discounts that were available to us. Something that AT&T's loyalty department really hasn't ever done without tons of prodding and questions on my part. I highly recommend this store when Angel is working.

Both Yasin & Curtis at the Ansley Mall/Piedmont Rd AT&T were so polite, professional & knowledgeable in helping me w/ all of my needs re my upgraded cellphone along w/ other purchases. We visited the AT&T store in Ansley Mall on Saturday and were greeted by Angel immediately. She was extremely knowledgeable about products, found us a cheaper plan with more features and even entertained our very bored, impatient children. I went back on Monday to return our old phones after transferring everything to the new phones and she was again super helpful, personable and made the entire experience seamless. Highly recommend this location and working with Angel!

Jessica the store manager was excellent. She handled several account and equipment upgrades for my family. She was courteous and very professional. A great asset to the store!

Angel was just that as her name suggests, patient, friendly and able to shift around numbers and devices and give them all the TLC so it doesn't break. Knowledgeable and pleasure to work with - her colleague Phillip was there to guide her if she needed help while he was assisting other customers - both an excellent teams to pair up and take care of their clients. Angel did a fantastic job helping me to switch back to AT&T! She helped transfer over the line and working with the IT team to get my old number restarted with AT&T so that I had a completely seamless transfer process!!!

We could not have had a better experience with Justin and the team at this location. He helped us understand all our options, upgrade my plan, port over my wife's account, ensure seamless transfer of information to the new phones and handled our million questions along the way with complete patience and attention. We had just come from the Verizon store where we considered taking my account to my wife's plan but the service was nowhere near as friendly or attentive as we found here so we were glad to add to the account. Highly recommend for anyone!

Angel is amazing she fixed my phone, and she is a wonderful asset to the company. She went above and beyond for me and had so much patience. She definitely needs a raise!!

Morgan and Flex were so knowledgeable and helpful. Morgan knew the best deals to help me reduce my overall AT&T family phone bill even though I had to replace my broken phone with a new one. She even looked at my AT&T internet account to help me confirm bandwidth. They were very friendly and made me feel that they were thankful for my business. The team was dealing with multiple clients and handled all of us with great care and professionalism.
