i found a great deal for a Yukon Jacket. Unfortunately it was Sold out. The Website did not say that and my credit card payment even went through. The greyson team responded and refunded me, but it was very unpersonal in my view and no substitute was offered. I am quite disappointed by Greyson because I feel i spent a lot of time to find a jacket i like and now they want tripple the price for one that looks similar.
