Excellent service received from Appliance Driven from start to end. Worked with Fabian, who was very knowledgeable on the washer/dryer stack set I needed. Received excellent pricing, and delivery was sooner than expected. Installers were also great. Will purchase again and highly recommend Appliance Driven to others for upgrades/projects/renovations.

I first encountered Appliance Driven a year or so ago when I needed to buy a new refrigerator. I wanted to support a local company, and at the time, they were located in Mt. Vernon where I live.

Know that expression, "measure twice, cut once?" Well, I didn't measure twice and the delivery guys came out to my house with a refrigerator that was too big for my doorway - and my kitchen. Both the delivery guys and Fabian (my sales rep) were SO nice about my terrible mistake. When they returned with the perfectly-fitting refrigerator, they had it installed and the old fridge carted away in no time at all. The whole experience was easy and beyond pleasant, and I am in LOVE with my refrigerator.

Now, a year later, I needed to purchase a stand-alone freezer for my growing cookie company. I immediately went to Appliance Driven based on my previous experience with them. Once again, the service was outstanding. Fabian helped me find exactly what I needed, scheduled the delivery for a time that was convenient for me, and had it at my house within a week. The same delivery guys were back with the freezer, and I cannot say enough about how professional and kind they are.

If I could, I would give Appliance Driven more than 5 stars. I will always look to them first when I have an appliance need and recommend them whole-heartedly to others.

I, (and most of my building, I think) have been buying from Joel and Appliance Driven for years. Service is first rate and prices are good.
I recently needed an emergency replacement of an air conditioner in my apartment while I was out of the country. I had contacted the manufacturer to find out what could replace my 5 year old unit and they said that they didn't have anything with the same specs. I didn't know what to do. I emailed Joel at Appliance Driven on a Friday. He responded to me immediately and said he could get it, and have in installed by Tues. Everything went smoothly as always.

I've worked with Appliance Driven for more than 15 years. As an interior designer, they have been my appliance supplier/installer for numerous clients' renovations. I decided to use myself as a guinea pig for their relatively new service: custom cabinetry. I am thrilled with their recommendations, products, service and implementation of my design concepts. My new kitchen is a dream! I love "my team" at Appliance Driven and look forward to working on many more projects together.

Appliance Driven rates an A+. Fabian was fantastic helping me get appliances for my kitchen renovation. He was pro-active and very helpful during this period of supply chain delays. I received all my appliances well ahead of the time and in fact, Appliance Driven stored them until my contractor could install them. Renovations can be stressful but I had absolutely no worries with my appliances, thanks to Appliance Driven. They provide a level of service rarely found these days.

So happy with my experience at Appliance Driven! They were recommended by my contractor. I researched appliances and Fabian got them for me at excellent prices. I never even walked into the place! He helped me over the phone and gave me great information to help guide my choices. And, they stored my items as I waited months for a permit. So grateful!

My fridge broke while I was abroad. A friend recommended Appliance Driven. I spoke with Fabian over the phone and got accurate advice on which fridge to buy that could fit my narrow space. Very happy with the service and the fridge i received. I could not have found a new fridge while away without Fabian. You can't get that kind of personal service at Home Depot so i def recommend Appliance Driven.

I bought an air conditioner for a friend who was in need and Joel was on point and even price matched the PCR price with the same delivery day but smaller delivery window! My bff says it is the best! Thank you Joel!

I went back to Appliance driven after purchasing a bosch washer and dryer on two separate occasions for my condo a few years ago. This time I was purchasing all new appliances for my home renovation. Once again Appliance Driven helped me with the purchase of all my appliances. Fabian helped me again and provided exceptional service as usual. He was extremely responsive and gave me great recommendations along the way. Appliance driven pricing was also very competitive. Fabian also helped with any minor hiccups along the way. My home renovation took an extensive amount of time, much longer than anticipated and appliance driven held my appliances until they were ready for delivery since I had no where to store them. Throughout my entire renovation process, using them and working with Fabian again was the least stressful part for me. I 1000% recommend them and Fabian! Great job guys as usual.

I recently rented an apartment for my new “home office” and needed new air conditioners. After a mishap trying to install them myself, my landlord advised me that I needed to hire a professional to install air conditioning. They referred me to Appliance Driven

I was very pleased with Appliance Driven. From my initial phone call with them to book the appointment to the installation, they provided exceptional service. They called ahead of arrival, arrived on time as scheduled, best of all, it was a safe, hassle-free installation and 100% worth the money.

I would definitely use Appliance Driven again and highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Appliance Driven. I found them through other Google reviews when I needed a dishwasher replacement. I try to avoid shopping at big box businesses in favor of local stores whenever possible, but when I called another appliance store I used previously they said the model I wanted was on backorder for 6 - 8 months. I called Appliance Driven and even though Joel told me the model I wanted was on backorder with them as well, he quoted me a better price for installation service and delivery and offered to take a deposit for my unit so I could have it as soon as it arrived. Joel's customer service and friendly manner was far better than what I received from the other appliance store. They did not offer any deposit nor did they seem to care about the wait time or making a sale. I could have kept calling around to find a place with my dishwasher in stock, but knowing that a lot of places have supply chain interruptions and based on my initial impression of Appliance Driven from Joel, I left a deposit with them and told myself to be patient. That was a Tuesday. My unit arrived at the store 2 days later.

We scheduled delivery for the following week. The 3 man crew arrived on time and ready to install quickly. There was an unforeseen issue with getting my old dishwasher removed and I had to ask them if we could reschedule. They took my unit back and said to call their office to reschedule once my issue was addressed...and they did not charge me any additional fee for the hassle. I rescheduled and on the second attempt, everything was done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Appliance Driven for their prices and customer service. Will definitely use them again!

These folks deserve 6 star if Google had it - when you buy appliances usually from big chain stores good luck reaching someone when you have a problem (I have been through it too many times...) with Appliance driven you have someone to talk to - you get answers on the spot - and when there is a problem they will send you a replacement. Used them few times now - and they are great! Highly recommend!

I’ve had my kitchen renovated and I am delighted to share my very positive experience with Appliance Driven.

Overall, the team was consistently professional, knowledgeable, efficient and communicative, all to their merit. The help I received from Fabian and Zuleima in choosing my appliances was valuable. I love the quality of my new cabinetry and countertop and the efficient utilization of space. So, a big thank you to Jessica, the kitchen designer who was instrumental in providing guidance and suggestions.

Appliance Driven of Mount Vernon, NY is a 5 star, class act distributor of luxury appliances, cabinetry, & more. I spoke with Joel regarding my needs for a new washer & dryer. He listened first, then thoroughly explained to me my options. We quickly agreed LG was the best route. Shortly after our initial conversation, I had an agreed upon order in my in box & my appliances would be delivered that week. As promised, my brand new LG washer & dryer showed up on time. The delivery team was awesome! They demonstrated professionalism,  knowledgeable of the machines, & great enthusiasm. It made me truly happy to see that level of interest when delivering equipment.
I would highly recommend Appliance Driven to anyone looking for new appliances, cabinetry, & stone.

If I could give Joel and the team at Appliance Driven 10 stars, I would! I called them to install a gas range that I purchased elsewhere (before I found out about AD) and reinstall a dryer that some idiots from a big box store had installed improperly, leaving a gas leak. Joel walked me through the entire process, told me exactly which parts he would be replacing, and was able to install my appliance for a reasonable price within 24 hours of my call. Furthermore, he even offered to beat the already-low Cyber Monday price from the other retailer if I wanted to cancel my order with them due to a delivery issue. Top notch customer service!

His installation team was equally impressive. They went above and beyond for us, fixing a leaky washer hose they discovered when they went to fix the dryer and hauling off the packaging from the new stove in addition to the old unit. They installed the new stove meticulously, explained all of their work and checked and double checked to make sure everything was working perfectly before they left. On top of all that, they were efficient, professional and friendly.

I could not be happier with Joel and Appliance Driven. They have a new customer for life. I can't wait for an opportunity to give them more of my business!

Team did an excellent job for us. From placement of our order to status updates on shipment to scheduling for delivery and the delivery itself. Process was smooth, communication was timely, service was great at every step, which was much appreciated (and not easy in the midst of pandemic!). Would use again and highly recommend.

I saw that they had 1 Viking stovetop available as a replacement for our current one. I sent an e-mail reaching out for a new stovetop and had a great hassle free experience working with Fabian. Price was same as advertised and we closed the sale via a few e-mails and 2 phone calls within 2 hours that included product description and sizing. Customer service was just great, and delivery was as agreed to. The 2 gentlemen who installed it, went out of their way to ensure the right fit (including shaving some granite and wood. Could not be happier to write this review. My sincere thanks for the great work
