The staff is always friendly and helpful.

I wanted to update my last 1 star comment. Replace it with 5 stars. They have been more the helpful when I had Left Eye redness. I went back and the team squeezed me into the schedule so I can see the doctor. The next time they deserved 5 stars was today. I called and the doctor talked to me over the phone. Heard my concern and called in antibiotics for my eye. I am so glad that I gave this location another chance. New eye doctors too. Much better place.

Walked in about a month ago and was greeted by this bright eyed employee. Positive attitude. A customer service experience I'll never forget. Truly happy kid. Said he was from South Africa. Ron or something. I'd hire him in a second

Shelves are well stocked, and the staff try to be as helpful as they can.

Got what I needed

Went there to drive an elderly get second dose for covid.
I had a coupon for filling out an survey. It mentioned to either scan or use the code. They told me I cannot use it from phone, it has to be printed. Does not make sense to me. Did not like this behavior, I did not had much time so left.

Overall the way pharmacies go but one of the pharmacists is mean and won't give you the time of day. I think the pharmacy treats their pharmacists badly

I had a problem with my prescription and the pharmacist there, a spanish-looking woman I think her name is Regina, just brushed it off. She seems to always yell around and look angry.

They never answer the phone and everything is at their leisure. My mother in law was discharged from the hospital late. Although the pharmacy was open for another 30 mins they said they could only fill 1 of 5 prescriptions because they were too busy to fill all of the meds.

The main pharmacist is consistently rude to people. The other staff is great.
If you're in Thornwood go to the other CVS the pharmacist is waaay nicer.

Pharmacist also tried to block me from using the bridge program to get the COVID Vaccine for 0 copay. Very un helpful and just wants to drive people away without doing their job.

I didn’t write a review at my first bad experience at the pharmacy because I figured that everybody could have a bad day but it happened repeatedly so it’s not a matter of having a bad day anymore. The only experiences I got from the staff is either incompetence (unable to explain where my prescription is when the app is saying that is ready to pick up), either lazy (I arrived at 5:56 when it’s closing at 6 and didn’t want to check if my “ready to pick up” prescription was still there) or condescension/rudeness in their tone. Give yourself a favor and go to a small pharmacy that does care about their clients.
