AT&T Store

Worked with Kahn he was super polite and helpful. Came in for a couple accessories they were able to help me find some savings on my bill. Thought it was going to cost me money ended up saving me money. I went to over four other stores and nobody ever told me that I was overpaying Glad I stopped in!!!!

Antonio at the AT&T store absolutely saved our day! After a disastrous time trying to upgrade our phones at our previous carrier, we went to AT&T to see if they could do anything different. We immediately felt welcome and put at ease. Antonio explained everything thoroughly and walked us through the steps of changing over and choosing our options for our new phones. I would highly recommend this store for anyone looking to change their carrier or is looking for someone to explain their options when upgrading their devices.

Antonio was 5 stars helping me today for new phones and a watch! I’m pretty clueless about technology so bugged him with endless questions. He has patience of a saint lol! Def recommend his store and services!

Wonderful experience today. Kahn was extremely helpful and kind. He greeted us, introduced himself, and helped us. I had a little bit of a complicated situation and he was beyond patient. He went back and forth showing me options and prices and ultimately got me all set up before leaving the store! I will definitely continue to come to this store. Best experience I’ve had.

Went to the store on a whim to see about pricing and switching over from Verizon. As soon as we walked in the door they were so helpful! They were able to go over the plans and what we wanted. They were both so nice and helpful! Thank you so much for helping us in the switch, with the bill, and new phones!

Came in today to just get a new protective phone screen and walked out with 2 new Apple Watches. Kahn was a great help in getting us set up. He had a great easy going personality and helped us get set up and out the door with our new watches and the protective screen! Highly recommend!

My husband and I stopped in store to see what offers were available to upgrade our phones. The store is clean and organized. But what made the difference was our sales associate Antonio. He greeted us with a warm smile and was professional, knowledgeable and personable. Even though there were other guests in the store we weren’t rushed or made to feel like we were asking silly questions. Nor were we pressured to change plans or buy something out of our price range. This is the go-to AT&T store. If you ever need to be in store come to the Riverdale location and look for Antonio.

Went to At&t store to upgrade my phone and watch and Antonio was great! He was super helpful and polite, explained all my options and the benefits and differences of the different iPhones I was looking at, and got me all set up for my new phone, watch and all my accessories. He also explained and broke down what could happen on my first bill due to the upgrades and credits so there’s no major surprises.

He’s super knowledgeable and helped me not only with my upgrade but also with some issues my husband was having with his Firstnet Account. Definitely a pleasure working with him!

Words can’t even begin to explain what an amazing store this is. I walked in 30 minutes before they were closing and was greeted so kindly by the store manager, Antonio. I thought my problem was going to only take 20 minutes, but it ended up taking over an hour and he was so patient! He didn’t rush me and he took care of my problem and more.
