The personnel at the store on 106 Rte. 23 North in Riverdale, NJ. ALL were professional, helpful, and pleasant. I was very impressed and I don't say that lightly or often.

When you’re looking for confidence in your purchase and a store with no hassle and even less attitude come to staples. I have never been disappointed with their services or products. But especially printing services. No where compares to the customer service and consistency they provide.

Door Dashed some binders and the driver didn't get me what i wanted. I had to go back and exchange them for what i wanted and they treated me so nice and completely rectified my whole order. Two thumbs up to the management and staff there! Thank you for turning my day around.

I love shopping at Staples for my labels and paper products because of the selection and attentiveness of every person I encounter. NOW it's even better! I returned an Amazon package - no label or box needed YAY!!! and received a $10.00 coupon for doing so. It's a win-win at Staples! everyone that works there.

The associate helped with the pricing of the large calendars as they were on sales in the store but for more than online. He checked it out and corrected the price. I was a little
disappointed because my daughter-in law asked for a smaller calendar this year and it was $12. Just wasn't on sale.

Patrick, in the shipping department, is amazing! I had a bunch of returns and he patiently worked through each one, and was so kind, knowledgeable, and friendly the whole time

Was in the store 2 minutes and asked by two different people how they could help me. The team was very knowledgeable on what I needed and asked a lot of questions to assure my purchase would be what I expected . Even at check out my same team member helped me retrieve a coupon , sign into rewards and make sure I was happy with my Purchase . The team member was more than I expected and i will def. Return to this location for my office needs .

I would like to commend the manager Chris at the Staples in Riverdale NJ. Chris is the epitome of what every store manager should possess in character, kindness, knowledge and service. If I had a business, I would not hesitate to hire him. He should be rewarded for caring to the degree that he does. Stop in and ask for Chris, he will help you in any way he can... because that's simply who he is.

Great if you have to fax something and you don't have that at home. Also copiers! Lots of copiers! They'll also do it for you if you're techno-challenged - I have no desire to learn how to fax, they can do it for me and I'll be happy.
Staff pleasant and helpful. Very understanding if you put the stuff in wrong side down and end up sending blank pages LOL
UPDATE: Had to fax something ASAP and I was already having a horrible day. Megan was sweet and super helpful. She pretty much did everything for me. So 4 stars for Megan
