This was my first time visiting this location and after my experience I had to leave a review. Sam, who I believe is the owner, was extremely helpful. I came with a package return for Amazon and he went out of his way to print my label for me and make sure that my package was packed correctly for the return. I watched him pleasantly engaged with his staff, greet customers by name, and as he and his team supported and helped customers. This store has such a wonderful positive vibe. Keep up the good work.

We run a small business and use the Team at the UPS store as an extension of our company. Simply said they are FANTASTIC! We use them for packing and shipping along with print and mail service. They also help with notary and other services.

As someone new to an area, a postbox to receive mail is one of the first things you do as you plant roots. I visited all the UPS locations within a 6mile radius & I chose this one based on their service. This whole team is FANTASTIC! Helpful, cheerful, kind & accomodating. The best service I’ve received in years, no exaggeration. Thank you for making my transition that little more pleasant!

This UPS store is one of the best in Raleigh! Always very helpful, fully staffed and you get in and out quickly. I will always go out of my way to use this spot to drop off vs others.

I went to this location after going to my local (Rogers Rd. Wake Forest) location and I am so glad I did!!! It is very obvious that my local office wanted to upcharge me by over 50% to send the same items. They quoted me $123 but this location sent my items $45 and it will arrive a day earlier! I highly recommend this location!!! The service was great as well.

In 2022 I went into the store to send a test of how well they packed and sent a package of a ceramic rose I made to another state. The rose arrived successfully intact, so I sent the rest of my ceramic holiday packages through them (including handbuilt Christmas trees), letting them pack and ship them. They did such a great job, I went back this year with over 30 different ceramic pieces (including handbuilt and made candles) for them to pack and ship. They worked with me on my list, getting everything correct, and all the gifts have arrived all of the United States successfully. As a disabled hobby potter, having the store take the time and care to work with me to ensure that my part of the process was easy and take excellent care of the work I spend all year building and creating has been a huge win. I highly recommend their services!

GREAT group of folks. Friendly, helpful, and happy! So refreshing after having been to the other UPS store down on six forks! They can do all types of shipping, and mail! Thanks for your help this week on a our outgoing packages!!

Sam always welcomes customers as they enter the store. He is polite, knowledgeable and aways expresses his appreciation for your business.

He interacts with staff in a congenial manner if they happen to need his expertise in assisting a customer.

Great UPS store!

This is the best of the Raleigh UPS stores. The staff is courteous and go above and beyond. Alexandria has been particularly patient and helpful. Great customer service!

The service. The people are so friendly and extremely focused on making sure you have everything you need. They also know your time is valuable, so every transaction is quick, yet not rushed.

Everyone there was so helpful and friendly. The best customer service I have ever received in a long time. Sam the manager was so nice & helpful & very nice to his employees. Kudos to this UPS store.

There are perhaps 3 other UPS Stores closer to my home but I will always drive further to this location. The service is outstanding. Great job, guys!

The service is outstanding at the store located at 9650 Strickland Rd. I pass by many other options to ship to send from this location. They are always friendly and helpful and truly value their customers.

This is a top notch store with high quality staff. Fast, very personal, and knowledgeable. Walk in notary was available on Sunday! Sam was great!

Sam was very helpful. He even opened his store after hours to answer our questions and offer guidance. We had an excellent experience getting a customized pamphlet printed.

Sam was an absolute God-send helping us to get the delivery of a critical medication that was to be delivered today--Saturday-- and we were notified that it couldn't be delivered today because we weren't there, when we were, and that it would be delivered on Monday. We would have ended up in the ER without this medication. Sam went above and beyond to help get the package delivered today. My wife cried she was so happy. We are very appreciative of this fantastic employee

We had the pleasure of meeting Sam. He was the only person working 20 mins until closing, but his attitude reflected the exact opposite. He was so positive and it was clear that he is an invaluable asset to the company. He helped us while simultaneously helping about 5 other people. He was so kind. Thank you Sam!

These guys are fantastic. Great ownership shines through, from the consistently quick and friendly service, to the treasure box of toys for the children of customers. Incredible. They’ve got my vote for best UPS Store out there!
