After happening to see the negative reviews on Google I felt compelled to shared another perspective. I have been using this pharmacy for about 10 years. Every single one of the pharmacy staff is consistently nice and very helpful. I couldn't ask for more in a pharmacy.

I've used the pharmacy here quite a few times. I've never had any issues. They're nice, always respectful. They've transferred and filled prescriptions for me, and I like the auto notifications they send when it's time to pick up. Pretty satisfied all around.

The volume this place does is unbelievable. Even when the line is wrapped around the store, the staff is helpful, genuinely conscientious and moving with a serious sense of urgency. The low rating surprises me because this store maintains a local neighborhood feel while servicing a large market. Thanks and keep it up.

I've been to this pharmacy a couple of times over the past few months and the service has always been great. Everyone's super nice and my prescriptions are always ready on time 😀

They had a 2 for 3 deal on both Pepsi and Coke products which usually seems to not be interchangeable
As I asked the question the attendant was eager to help and was very professional and discovered the answer

Customer service brings customers back

Simple visit to pick up bandaids after my grandson skinned his knee at the playground. Walgreens had cartoon bandaids and toys with cartoon theme and my grandson stopped howling about his knee and was happy again - yay!

Jamina at the pharmacy made my day with her kindness and patience this morning! She's a treasure!

Courtney the RX manager is super helpful and trying to make shopping at this Walgreens friendly.

I give them 2 stars because they aren't quite and F.. but they never have a medicine I need.. after almost 2 years, they either never order it in time, and in one instance, the script was picked up by a person with my name in Ohio!!! well at least that's what they said.. From then on I get paper scripts. But for the other non-narcotic scripts,, they seem to be pretty good.. Maybe with the new opioid problems maybe they don't want it hanging around.. but last month I brought the script In on Tuesday to pick up on Friday cuz I was going out of town on Saturday... well don't cha know they couldn't get it in time and the earliest it would be in was the following Tuesday!!!! that would be nearly a week being without it.. thats why I also get a paper script because if I go to another Walgreens they even won't fill it because of the opioid regulations... just makes me furious...

It's time to finally quit this Walgreens pharmacy. Recently I found out they had been giving my child the wrong RX. Thankfully it was just a vitamin B so what she took wasn't dangerous but it was still wrong and was refilled. The pharmacy staff are quite impatient, a couple of women in particular, and they make you feel like you are bothering them. I have used this location for convenience but will be switching to a local pharmacy even if I have to pay a bit more. Everyone is understaffed but that's no reason for bad customer service.

Go to get my booster shot that I scheduled 3 days out and when I get there they are letting people who made same day appointments go ahead. When I scheduled they were in 15 minute intervals and today they decided to change it and let people schedule whenever they felt like it. Walgreens needs to get it together I had an appointment for 5:15 and 30 minutes later there are still 4 people ahead of me. If you know you don’t have the staff to support that type of schedule why would you do it. These poor employees are running around like crazy just so Walgreens can make a buck. Do better for your customers and your employees.

This is like going to the DMV. You often stand there with nobody to acknowledge you. There is usually 1 person working and you’ll see other employees walk by see the long line and still not open another register. Even when nobody is in line you just wait. The cashier at the front of the store has even mentioned their incompetence. I dread picking up my prescriptions there. You can no longer walk in and get a flu shot. You have to go online to make an appointment. They want to make it as difficult as possible. It is just like the DMV.

Literally the worst Walgreens I have been to. The manager at the pharmacy has zero customer service. She must have been hired out of desperation because she has zero manners. She's nothing but rude with an attitude toward everyone. The pharmacist was useless for any questions. They are nothing but slow. There is always a problem with getting prescriptions filled. They seriously need to clean house on these useless employees.

The manager needs to learn how to talk to customers. Being short staffed doesn't mean to talk rudely to your customers.

There is also a short lady with glasses that has no business being customer facing. Shame this location stinks now. Just look at the other reviews. Corporate needs to make some serious changes.
