The Home Depot

We had the pleasure of meeting a long time employee of Home Depot. Sheila she was as kind as she was professional. She made my wife and I feel appreciated and welcomed. Thank you Home Depot for having great employees like Sheila.

I mean, it's a big box store, so whatever on that front.

I do want to talk about the staff though, that's what my 5 stars is about. The people I see here are always an awesome combo of friendly, knowledgeable, and interesting to talk to.
I went in with my son the other day to get a bunch of stuff for a house job. One guy was in the main aisle we needed to be in and had an electric ladder getting stuff off a high shelf. So we had to wait. Got other stuff, talked to a really kind guy on staff while I was waiting, super great with my son. When the guy picking with the ladder got the aisle opened, he saw I was explaining what he was doing to my son, stopped for a sec, explained what the big machine he was on did and what he was using it. Just, totally didn't have to take the time, but was kind and knew his stuff, and was sharing an obvious interest with my boy.

These are not the first interactions I've had like this here, by a long shot.

My only regret is not remembering their names to shout them out specifically. They deserve it.

I shop at both Lowes and Home Depot. But this week was a real eye opener. I picked up some 2x4x8 at Home Depot for $3.17 each. I needed a few more and Lowes was closer. They were $3.58 each. I showed the Lowes customer service the Home Depot pricing and asked how they stay in business. They just said a lot of people buy them. They did not offer to match. I left the material I had behind and went back to Home Depot. Lowes needs to get their act together.

Lorenzo is awesome. I came in to buy supplies and pipe wrenches for a job I am doing. Lorenzo was extremely helpful, patient and kind. His experience was the epitome of what amazing customer service looks like. He is a wonderful representative for the Home Depot.

I had a great experience here. The gentleman in the wood shop department helped me cut a dowel and the workers in the carpet area were very helpful. They pointed me in the right direction for a problem I had. I would definitely come back

Being a native of North Carolina , I was a dedicated shopper of a competitor. Lately I've been shopping at Home Depot since I had a couple of bad shopping experiences at the competitor. I've found HD employees are very helpful at this location and I count on needing some assistance and advice at this kind of store . The availability of products seems better than the competition lately. I think I'm a convert to Home Depot.

Rented a truck & everyone was exceptionally helpful. Major kudos to "Lo" for assisting me in where to go to get assistance.

Julian helped me with my return today and he was great. I was frustrated, through no fault of his, and he showed compassion and helped find a solution. I greatly appreciate his help.

Easy in and out with what you are looking for good customer service and a great sale going on when I was in there

Excellent service. My pickup order was ready in 15 mins. Very nice people too

Friendly staff. Good selection. Good prices. Well stocked and clean. There's a Lowe's closer to me but I drive an extra mile or so to come here instead. The char-grill on the other side of the parking lot seals the deal for me.

Quality Employees and It Shows!✨ Dee in Tool Rental is a true gem! ✨ I stopped by this location to rent a 26' ladder for a light installation project. I had the pleasure of working with Dee in Tool Rental. Dee was so pleasant and knowledgeable! I really enjoyed our interaction and personally left feeling so much better than when I came in... I also shopped around the store and was approached by nearly every employee that passed by asking if I need any assistance. I often shop at Home Depot locations across the country and this is by far one of the BEST locations in terms of customer service, product availability, and access to reliable tool rentals. My mother now has a BEAUTIFUL crystal chandelier, thanks in part to Dee and Home Depot! I highly recommend!

Great service and all your home improvement supplies.

I went to Home Depot to pick up a curbside order. My order was brought out promptly. The associate that brought out my order was courteous & pleasant. Upon receiving my item, appreciating the quality & price I went inside the store & purchase a second one as well. The associate working in the carpet area was nice & helpful & guided me to the item I was looking for. Thank you Home Depot

I had to replace my shower pan in my bathroom, and one of the employees named Laura Rossell helped immensely. She went above and beyond, helping me step-by-step. She helped me determine the square footage of my shower (my math skills are lacking), helped me pick out tile, and steered me to a Home Depot specialist who can help with this project. She even called me at home with a detail about one of my upcoming appointments. When I went back to the store, she took took her time to help with another project. I felt like I was keeping her from helping others, but she never made me feel rushed, and she never made me feel like I was a burden. I can honestly say I don't think I've ever experienced help like this before. In a world that often has too much apathy, Laura at Home Depot seems to genuinely care.

LOVE the flowers and seems like they get deliveries almost every day. Staff very friendly and helpful. I think I'm addicted to Home Depot hahaha

Absolutely one of the best experiences I've had at a big box store. I was looking for two out of stock items and questioned Melvin, your clerk at this store, and he advised me there was inventory somewhere in the store. He searched for both items and when he brought them to me we found only one of the items that I needed. He went back to find the other and returned with it. The effort was there but it was the attitude that I was impressed with that made my day. Koodos for Melvin.
