I stopped by Home Depot last night and had a fantastic experience, thanks to Brenda and Sal. They were absolutely great! We bought a ton of lumber and they went out of their way to open a register just for us, which was a huge help. I was really impressed by their friendliness, smiles, and professionalism. It's rare to find such exceptional customer service these days, so I really appreciated their effort and attentiveness. Big shoutout to Brenda and Sal for making our shopping experience so positive!

In November 2023 I had a pest issue with a household plant, my immediate search in the area that showcased the indoor plants did not address my concern, however, I met up with Chris who located an entire section of shelved pesticides and recommended the most effective brand for My Need!!! I had a lovely conversation with Chris, who also shares my passion and loves indoor plants & exchanged some best practices :D Thanks Chris I'll let you know how it works out!!

Sunday nite 9/17/23, pleasantly surprised with the amount of employees. Kelly at the service desk was efficient and friendly, easily directed me to flooring. I was lucky enough to be greeted and assisted by a young, friendly, upbeat young man named Pablo. He helped me order someone to come fir the low price of 35 dollars to accurately assess and measure my home for flooring and carpet. Lisa was there also and extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Then I went looking for a floor lamp and yet another friendly helpful employee Kamil who helped me with a floor model, I was happy to purchase it and bring it home!!
So THANK YOU HOME DEPOT for providing helpful, friendly, abundant staff. I really appreciate the high level of service and that's why we always choose Home Depot over the others. 😊 ❤

I was in need of stakes to keep my reindeer up. The staff was helpful showing what they had to offer. I finally took landscaping hooks that work wonderfully. The staff was very helpful.

We visit this location often for different home and work projects. This evening was no different than our usual visits. The employees are very helpful and friendly. They always seem to be working hard. Checkout is usually fast and there are hardly any long lines. This location typically has everything in stock.

And just recently did some shopping to start my garden which includes cucumbers Tomatoes zucchini all sorts of peppers banana pepper bell pepper Etc.. I love my garden this year. Home Depot garden center in Orland Park on 159th is amazing, very clean and organized.

Used their tool rental twice in the past two weeks. Great service! Chris was awesome. Rented a concrete mixer and lawn aerator. Both worked great!

The Home Depot in Tinley Park has some fantastic staff and they have what you need. I needed a safe sturdy ladder. The LeanSafe X5 is going to be one of the handiest tools I have. I like it so much I got 2 so I can make sure my son is safe using a ladder around his house. The team member who helped me find and load my purchases was outstanding.

Loved Bill in the rental office. So kind and helpful. He went above and vehi d to help us fix a table we bought from Lowes. Sweet man. Lowe's should be so proud and lucky to have him.

Recently rented the rug doctor to clean my carpet. Reggie was really nice and helpful! I didn't realize that they had attachments when I came back the next day he allowed me to keep the machine a little longer to finish the job. The following day I did a Penske rental and it was a great experience as well. I was overcharged for mileage but their customer service was understanding and completed a refund right away.

Best manager! Julian And Sonia were very helpful with getting everything we needed, thee best customer service! Best Home Depot I’ve ever gone to. Thank you guys so much - we will be coming to this location regardless of the drive!

I found great decking boards competitivly priced. There was an elderly cashier who was very helpful and asked if I wanted to apply for credit. Didn't think about it as I was paying cash. I was approved of course. I was able to use that cash for another house project. I went there during the week, people were courteous and respectful. Not a very common thing these days. Good leadership at this store in my opinion.

The staff were so helpful. I had no idea what I was looking for, I just came in with a vague idea of a project I wanted to do. They helped me think through the project, recommended tools, and didn’t let me leave until I had everything I needed.

Store manager is running a tight ship over here!
