Bengtson's Pumpkin Farm and Fall Fest

My very first pumpkin patch. I was grateful we arrived early because the weather was cooperative at first. We definitely took advantage of everything they have to offer. My 5 year old enjoyed all the rides. The staff is super friendly. I definitely enjoyed the pig races. We probably bought the biggest pumpkin there. I look forward to returning in future years to come especially since it was my 1st time getting to carve a pumpkin. We also received a free family photo. The place is great! Bengtson’s Pumpkin Farm is the very best Fall seasonal farm, not only in all of Chicagoland, but in all of Illinois! Our entire group consisted of adults and kids, and we had the best time here! What will stand out amongst so many things is that this family friendly farm is so beautiful and very clean. The design and artistry and use of antiques give it a fun, yesteryear, kind of feel. Bengtson’s is very much also In a sense a mini theme park and the rides are really fun and there’s so many fun attractions and activities for the kids to enjoy.

Additionally, the petting zoo was awesome and adults and kids loved it!

There is a Multiplicity of delicious food options at Bengtson’s which is unrivaled from any other Falltime farm. And the prices are very fair for the portion size you get. There is AMAZING barbecue options, chili, burgers, tacos, and other options that you would expect to enjoy.

For Adulting outings, alcohol is once again being served at Bengtson’s. I didn’t take a picture, but I think it was called the Tipsy Cow where you get to choose from hard cider, beer, and a couple other options.

The apple cider donuts in the apple cider were really delicious AND surprisingly to me the kettle corn was more innovative and delicious than any I’ve ever had.

This is a very family friendly place and definitely patriotic, and everyone who works here is respectful and a great example of how people work with integrity to bring so much joy to others.

They also had separate gender specific Porta Pottys, blue for the males and pink for the females.

Oh, the pig races were hilarious and what a good time! The MC did a great job!

Bengtson’s is cashless and only takes credit / debit cards.

Holy cow, did my almost-four-year-old LOVE this place! I thought we would stay maybe two hours tops, but we were here for six hours yesterday and he still CRIED when it was time to leave. There are 13 rides (all included in the price), many great food options, and the petting zoo is very accessible to kids. Very clean place, equipment and buildings are well-maintained, and a lot of fun for kids (and several beer stands for mom and dad).

My only complaint is the behavior in the "corn box". My kid LOVED the corn box, but it got too wild and dangerous with kids (and adults) WHIPPING handfuls of corn at each other. It was not safe - there were teenagers crying because they got hurt so why would you think this is safe for young children?!

Lots of rides & activities for everyone, from roller coasters to train Rides! THEY HAVE A CORN PIT😮🤩(SIMILAR TO A BALL PIT) WHO KNEW CORN COULD BE SO MUCH FUN! Food was delicious! Best pumpkin fest I've ever been to! Look forward to visiting again!

Very fun place for the family. A variety of rides and activities. My kids loved the corn box. The petting zoo is very clean compared to all of the other ones I've been to. This is place is pretty busy so there are long lines for rides.

Ooooooh! We had sooooo much fun. We get on the rides, feed the animals, take pictures with lot of pumpkins, eat nice food… but the best was the corn pit, I never see so much corn together. We enjoyed the pig race and make out bets jajajaja we will surely go back

Well worth the money! Lots of activities for the kids and adults. Super fun place and pig races are super entertaining. We went on a weekday after school and almost had the place to ourselves. Super friendly staff. Organized very well. We are planning our next trip already. Make sure you bring a wagon or something to carry your pumpkins out to your car. Enjoy!

I came here for the first time with my wife and two year old daughter and we had a blast. My daughter absolutely loved feeding the goats with the cup of carrots you can buy. We rode on the hay ride, the mini train and even stopped by the food court for some tacos. It was pretty crowded because it was the weekend but the lines moved fast and we did not wait long for any rides or food. Can't wait to come back next year with my family.

What a great place to bring your family! The park was super clean and the grounds were vast. Initially I thought the price was high, especially for kids over 2 years old but after going and spending the day there the price was well worth it. Parking is free and once in the park all the rides are included with the price of admission. My grand children are 2, 3 and 11 and there were so many rides and exhibits to entertain them as well as the petting zoo and the hay ride. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be going back next year.. It definitely topped my pumpkin patch my prior pumpkin patch experiences.

This is a MUST SEE for all, ESPECIALLY peeps with kids!!! So many things to see and do, rides, petting zoo, haunted barn (not to scary) friendly fun barn for littles, PIG RACES, and more!!!! The food, oh the food was delicious! Apple cider donuts are the best I have had! Going forward, - A FAMILY TRADITION WITH MY 20yr OLD!!!

We come here every year. There are many photo op choices. We always get pizza and corn, delicious. My daughter loves to play in the corn box. She also loves that she gets to feed some of the animals. Parking can be a bit of a hassle if you come during busy hours

Bengtson's is a great pumpkin patch for those under 10. All the rides and attractions are included. The lines seemed very long but went fast since the parents all wait in line with the kids but often do not ride. The grandkids LOVED the corn bin. It was their favorite part. The grounds are well kept. Bathroom facilities were surprisingly clean.

We recommend this farm. It's very well kept, staff is courteous and plenty of activities that are included as part of admissions. Specifically, kids love it, and there are food options on the property. Dont forget to enjoy the piggy race while enjoying fresh corn.

I visited Bengston because of the reviews, and I must say that the rave reviews were on point. I had a wonderful time with my daughter and nieces! The children loved it! I took many pics of them, but I didn’t want to share them on this platform. We will definitely return every year!

Every year it gets better. This place definitely invests in itself, there's always something new every year. One thing I'd like to say is the customer service is amazing I've never had an issue everyone's always so friendly. My son is autistic when I asked if they had accommodations they did. Last year was my first time asking about accommodations there was a little confusion but then they completely accommodated our sensory need because they were able to. This year was way more organized and they were able to accommodate me quickly. So amazing. Thank you for the inclusivity. The staff this year was so friendly kind. The food is great!!!

This is our favorite pumpkin farm to visit each year. It is always clean and the workers are friendly. There is so much to do. It does get very busy!

I usually go with my family ones a year and they have new rides they are awesome.

Best pumpkin farm there is! We go every year and the price isn't bad for all the things you get. We always go during the week and theirs hardly anyone there which is great especially with kids. My kids didn't wait in any lines for rides at all and were able to get on immediately. Highly recommend!

This is our favorite pumpkin patch bear Chicago 🎃there’s so many activities,food and animals. Staff If friendly and organize and they have free parking. I would suggest to arrive early though because it does get packed and lines start forming for the rides.

This place will never disappoint you! My kids had a great time.. love it here
