The UPS Store

If I could give 10 stars I would. I had to drop off some Xfinity equipment at the store only to find out there was a ten person queue… he told me I could do it with UPS. At first I thought I would have to jump through all these hoops get a box, etc. Only to find out I didn’t. I called ahead to confirm that they did in fact provide the service. The customer service agent on the phone was named Madison, and Madison assured me that it was something that could be done quickly and easily. I got to the store, and Madison kept her promise. I was in and out of that store within five minutes. She let me know that they provided the box and gave me a piece of paper with the tracking number and told me to hold onto it for a few months. I recommend any and everybody to utilize this service that has partnered from Xfinity/Comcast with UPS. Huge shout out to Madison thank you for making the process easy you were amazing to work with!

every time I go into the Eden Prairie UPS in Minnesota, I received nothing but great customer service. The people that work there must love their job. I am always greeted with a smile, and they always say how may I help you.

I’ve always had a wonderful experience here. Friendly employees and kind chit chat goes a long way. Other shipping services could learn from this store.

Opened a mailbox there a week ago as I have had multiple packages stolen from my apartment building and had had enough. I think the manager April that all the negative comments refer to is gone now because the new manager is A not female and B very nice. I get emails saying when my mail arrives and they haven’t lost anything yet. So happy I don’t have to worry about expensive packages getting stolen again. Every visit to this location I’m in and out and am treated with respect. Love this service and the team working there. Thank you so much for helping solve the massive mail theft issue we have in this horrible economy( thanks Biden)

By far one of the best UPS store I visited and all credit goes to the people employed there who makes it awesome with extra effort.

Though the store is small but they offer the Best customer service for regular package or notarized letter, I always got my work done on time and without any hassle.

Always a pleasure doing business with the crew at this location. In fact, the thought to leave this review was invoked by the superb service I just received from Steven few minutes ago. Two transactions were settled smoothly over the phone in just a few minutes (they weren’t busy at the time). Bottom line is the service I received was good enough for me to set aside a few minutes to leave an honest review as a token of appreciation and reciprocity. Thank you all and happy holidays!

Dropped a $2k item at this store and did not have it scanned- Recipient vendor did not provide any status information on pickup or receipt and could not tell me anything when I called to follow-up.
UPS tracking was showing an error, so i called the store. UPS team member at this store, Jason, was super helpful and patient while he helped me down the path to verify it had been delivered and signed for. Great customer service with a stressed customer.

PROS: Cool, reliable people in a clean and well-ran store. There's a humorous lady in there who knows everything and keeps the energy high (think her name's April) and two helpful and hard-working gentlemen (believe their names are Jason and Connor) who keep the line moving at a nice pace.

CONS: The only negative experience I've had at this store was logistical and beyond their control but they did their very best to get it resolved and earned this 5-star review. Thanks guys!

Been going here at least 15 years. I have a LOT of international shipping and very confusing things... but they always get it right. The Manager April is awesome... each new employee over the years gets new training with my confusing stuff! hahahah But she handles it with grace and HUMOR and makes my visit a positive one every time!

I have worked with the UPS store (#0323) in Eden Prairie for the past 5 years. The manager, April, does a great job and always comes up with great solutions. The smile and extra help go a long ways and keep me coming back week after week!
