I go to Frattalione's Hardware every chance I can when I have a home repair job because they are local non-chain, employ good people, and provide exceptional service and advice. It's amazing the positive effect the purchase of a hammer, shelving, and etc. has on the bottom line of a local business.

Friendly staff. Have had our lawn mower serviced there for annual tune up. Affordable pricing and a much faster turnaround time than they quoted. Will have lawn mower serviced here again without any regrets.

I’m always impressed with how helpful this store seems to be. Whatever I need, they seem to have it and usually multiple options. The associates are always helpful and it’s always appreciated. Very nice selection and great assistance. Great store!

Always an easy stop. The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful, this is always an easy part of running errands. Great assortment, if you didn't find it, maybe you didn't need it. The only hard part about shopping at Frattallones is spelling the name.

Super helpful staff! They have so much more here than you'd expect.

Fast in and out. Yeah they are more expensive than the big box stores, however
they are great when I just need a couple of things to get the job done. The things I like are that it’s closer, I can get in and out ASAP, and lastly there is plenty of help so I can get what I want and get out.

I usually prefer to browse when I visit a hardware store. However, at Frattalone's the staff knows the store like the back of their hand, and can steer you to the item you're looking for right away, which is what I wanted on this visit. I got what I needed and didn't end up making any impulse buys, so it was a good experience.

The store manager took personal care of my wierd list: batteries for a flashlight (no go, one had leaked or corroded), containers ( nice size & on sale, bought 2) and the ultimate mice traps with instructions & assurances I will never hear or see them. Thank you for your terrific care!

The help that I received was fantastic. I needed a plastic washer for a faucet. Home Depot doesn't sell things so small like this, I was told - so I went to a hardware store. So, I went in and was greeted by an individual named David. He really helped me out. He showed me the washers, but none of them were exactly what I needed ( probably because the faucet was from 1987 ) so he modified a washer by taking the part into the back room and drilled and tweaked it until is would work. He probably helped me for about 20 minutes or longer. All for an .85¢ part. Great customer experience!!

An Ok store !! The Owner or The Man in charge when I arrived was trying hard to find the Nuts and bolts I was looking for for my 28yr Old Harley but I guess I get confused now and then and a little mixed up so I'm not easy to work with but he gave it a Hell of a try and Now My Hogs Back together with The Hardware I bought at Frattallone's Hardware store.

Great local resource for home and garden related needs. Helpful staff always asks if you need help and leaves you alone when you don't. Easy in and out to finish the project at hand.

Staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable. Perfect spot if you need just a screw or two for small fixes.

Nice clean store. Seems fair priced. Employees are friendly. Employees can be a bit overly aggressive with trying to help. Think they are board. When I go in I just roll with it, been going there since they opened.

Had to get some plexiglass cut Derrick was super helpful. The big box stores were all going to charge way too much. Ace only charges for what you get!!

Neighborhood tool shop with good service and reasonable rates.

Every time I step foot into this store I’m promptly greeted and the staff go out of their way to make sure I find exactly what I’m looking for. Everything about this location is top notch!
