Great experience with Tunji honestly the main AT&T person to go too. Explains everything in a way you can understand and doesn’t pressure you to buy anything just 10/10. always love coming here because of the workers that have great attitude and willing to help.

Just wanted to say that Ryan was absolutely fantastic in helping us at this store. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to take care of upgrading one new phone and a couple of unplanned Apple Watch purchases! He let us know about any and all promotions and never once pushed us towards buying something we didn’t want or need! We will be back to upgrade the other phones in our plan later this fall once the new iPhones are released!

Muhammad was awesome to work with today. I came in frustrated about my monthly bill based on things I was previously promised when getting new equipment several months ago, and Muhammad was able to work with me to figure out a way to experience some savings on my monthly charges as well as recommended a better home internet solution which I signed up for and am excited about. I went to the location in Aurora and the staff were very patient and helpful; particularly a gentleman name Vladimier. He guided us through the process and I will recommend others to come for the service.

I just walked into store to buy my daughter her first phone and Muhammad was there to assist me...and what a HUGE help he was!! Helped me get the absolute best price for what I was looking for and helped me apply all the promotions. Definitely will recommend family and friends who need help to visit this location! 10/10 recommend.

Tunji was very helpful today. I came in looking to upgrade and had a remaining balance so I couldn’t. I actually paid that, added a line, upgraded another device and signed up for direct stream. He was very patient and full of help. I actually saved money. Ask for him!!!!

I came into this store to ask why my monthly cell phone bill was so high, as I didn’t want to have to call AT&T and get transferred around. Muhammad worked with me and was extremely helpful. He showed me right away that I had been overpaying for an add-on that I didn’t need. He also gave me the option of bundling my wi-fi which I hadn’t thought about doing but wanted to. The managers offered a VISA gift card on top of everything, which was very nice. I highly recommend this store as it’s corporate-owned and isn’t a franchisee.

Eddy was incredible! I upgraded my IPhone 12 to a IPhone 15 Pro Max and he made the process very easy and quick.

Emarjai Hampton kept it professional and was very helpful while setting up my Firstnet.

Citlali was amazing! Came in a few days ago to get a quote on a new family plan and she did a great job explain everything and making sure my parents also understood everything! She also got us an amazing deal for a family of 6 & other promos they were doing! Definitely recommend her!
