Update:
Corporate must have heard customer complaints. The pharmacy staff now working here are consistent and finally feels like they care about the customer. Rx’s are processed when due for refill or within hours of receipt from doctor. Definitely feels like a huge turnaround from the past few years.

From 2022:
Never answer their phones, prescriptions are never ready. Basically they start processing your RX once they know you are their to pick it up. Then they tell you to come back later to pick up. It’s completely backwards….and takes days for them to process. The cooperate office needs to get someone out here on a more permanent basis, instead of the constant stream of floaters.

I have been a customer here since they opened. And yes when they went through the ownership change with Rite aid it was a disaster! I'm happy to say that in the last 6 months I have not experienced the 'ol in process ' after getting a text saying my perception was ready! I have to say the pharmacy has done a complete 180 and they are back to superior service. In the last 6 months all of my prescriptions were filled on time and with a friendly staff. Thanks and keep up the great work!

We have been thinking about switching because we can never get through on the phone and automatic refills never seen to happen. However, last time we went in the pharmacist Ryan was so very nice and quickly filled the prescription. So this five stars is for Ryan the pharmacist. We’ll try Bartell a few more times because of him.

Had a prescription the doctor made a mistake on. Called Tinsey the head pharmacist and she was already aware of the problem and had already fixed it for me. Although they are incredibly short staffed the staff is always kind and helpful.

The managers selected the perfect mix of goods and services for the Snoqualmie Ridge neighborhood. I love that they have an ice cream counter and a growler fill station.
