They’re fast and friendly! I’m never late to anything because my mobile orders are ready every time I walk in. I love these folks!

Awesome staff. Mistakenly ordered a drink from a different store in the Starbucks app and when I arrived here and we figured out what had happened the kind barista made the drink for me anyway. Thank you!

Nice clean Starbucks , busy at times . Inside and outside seating . Baristas are friendly and service is fairly quick . Street parking as well as garage / lot parking .

I arrived at this Starbucks for about five days at 6:01 a.m. I was greeted as if it was 10:00 a.m. Service was great, and the people working there were engaging.

The cafe was really busy. When new arrivals began to enter, more counter staff got to work. A new product was introduced and seemed to be well-received. We had to check for ourselves to see if our order was ready. It was and had been, but it was possible my name was cal and I just couldn't hear above the chatter among the customers. Our drinks were very good.

Amazing place at RTC. Warm and cozy with amazing coffee to sip.

This Starbucks, located in the Redmond town mall is excellently near a fountain kids play in during the summer. You can watch your kids play to keep them safe. There is outdoor seating, with sun umbrellas, and best of all, and no view of a parking lot. Honestly, why go to any Starbucks in Redmond, unless you are getting a beverage to go? The atmosphere is relaxed, plenty of parking, and, for me, feels like a mini-vacation.

I love coffee and this Starbucks is by far my favorite location to fill my addiction. The staff is great and I appreciate how much effort they put into keeping the place as clean as possible in spite of their high volume of traffic.

It's great for get togethers

Great location in Redmond Town Center. No vehicle access, drive through, or mobile ordering. Ample seating both inside and outside. There's often live music on weekends.

Amazing Starbucks, very clean and well kept.
Customer service was amazing. The barista named Kodey was stellar and got my order perfect and with great customer service.

In what was the start of a bad day, our short trip to Redmond was additionally complicated by our pup falling sick along the way. Trying to cheer him up, I parked the car and took him on a walk and happened upon a Starbucks and was just starting to wonder how to get in and get a coffee and a pup cup for the 🐶. Mandy, who was standing right outside immediately flashed us a warm smile and gave us options on how we could get a coffee. When she saw me hesitating to bring in my pup, she immediately offered to and got us both the coffee and pup cup instantly and with a constant smile. In this atmosphere of layoffs and a looming recession we have realized companies sometimes lay off employees with seemingly little regard for their situation or family. Mandy helped me understand it is the people who make up the company and not the other way around. Starbucks just got a permanent customer from King County, WA. Thanks Mandy, you made our day! :)

Really nice place to have a chat with friends over coffee. This place is usually crowded.

I have never been to a full sized real life Starbucks. Only one I have been to was when I worked at ProLiaance sports medicine something something and I got sandwiches but never coffee.

Nice baristas with really fast order turn around. Available inside seating is about the same as other Redmond locations, but outside is excellent in meh to great weather conditions. There is also an outdoor gas fireplace which keeps you warm when it's not pouring or ice cold out.

It was pretty early in the day and I was the only customer in store. Got a perfect cafe mocha as a present to myself for being such a great person. Got instant service by a super nice barista. Fast too! What else can I ask for? Nothing.

I ordered Café Mocha and veg donught.

Did I mention she is not into coffee and donught.

Lines may be long but moves fast and parking has never been too bad for me. Most importantly the baristas are kind and efficient and the Nitro Cold Brew pours like a Guinness and tastes that good.

James and Brady serve with absolute excellence! I went in to order my drink, and James made the effort to remember my name on his own. Before I could leave the register, Brady had already finished my drink. Brady said, with a smile, "I was already getting it ready." Thank you both for going the extra mile!
