It’s a well stocked store for all the necessities. It contains a nice Sephora area as well. A lot of very friendly staff.always a pleasure to shop here unlike the hectic Target store next door.

I was given exceptional service and every possible discount available by our Cashier. She was kind and extremely helpful.

Great offers, liked the way they cleaned the billing counter for every customer to place their items. They also have hand sanitizers at the entrance. FYI, the trial rooms are closed.

Kohl's is one of the most pleasant stores where you can find a wide variety of clothes and shoes from good brands. It has a good and friendly atmosphere and responsible and good staff.
Of course, I went to Kohl's today to return a product from Amazon. Amazon's returns department was nice and handled my case quickly.
But now speaking of Amazon, I'm sharing my very bad and sad experience of buying from Amazon here because anyway it's related to the Amazon return unit at Kohl's. It's unbelievable, it took five days to get a Barbie Dollhouse with Amazon Prime account. which my 6-year-old daughter wanted to be delivered to us. One day late, they sent us a completely broken, destroyed and terrible package. I asked the driver, how dare you deliver this broken package? He answered, "I am just a driver." I called Amazon's customer service and after talking to 3 different supervisors, the last one was very rude and irresponsible, they finally gave me the solution to return the box and get your money back after a week. What is your responsibility against wasting customers' time? There was no answer. I asked what responsibility do you have for hurting the feelings of a little girl who waited for five days and is now faced with a broken package? They had no answer.
I asked, so in fact, Amazon has no responsibility towards its customers?
They had no answer.
I suggest that it is better to say no to this vile and irresponsible octopus once and for all. Just by not buying from Amazon.

I just went to pick up an online order and it was a breeze. I went into the store, confirmed in the email that I was in the store, it directed me to a bin, & I picked it up. Easy peasy.

I was shopping with my grandchildren and found some great buys. We shopped at Target before Kohls - wished I would have shopped Kohl's first - much better prices for comperable items.

Excellent customer service. 3 people helped me. They were great, professional and kind. I wish I remember their names. 1, a gentleman in the ladies shoe department. 2 & 3 were the two ladies at checkout during my checkout time. Please extend my gratitudes to them. I will shop more at kohl's.
