Very helpful. Despite having an old, cheap bike, they were able to get me fixed up good enough to get back to the truck. We'll worth going up that.long grade from town. I gave it 5 stars. I don't know why Google is showing 4.

Best bike shop in the Seattle Area. If they don't have it they can get it. Jackson's rates are extremely reasonable and he has always been willing to help me find a way to solve a challenge I am facing while working with my budget.

I didn't have enough stopping power for the steeps and we went over all the options.

I wasn't thrilled with my bikes cornering ability and we found that bringing the offset back made a big difference for my geo.

Jackson guided me through my first gravel bike build through the pandemic which was no small feat with all the supply issues and continues to keep me on track when I go in and say "this doesn't seem right" and he tells me for the umteenth time that it's upside down, or worse. His patience, generosity and great personality make his new shop even better, now my cash goes to him and his shop. Congratulations and nothing but the best for you guys. Yes, they allow us lowly gravel riders in the shop.
