Extremely pleased and impressed since switching to Persona!
Natalie was extremely helpful and friendly assisting me with making some changes involving my supplements for my upcoming order. What I discussed and wanted, she provided perfectly. Laura was also great either the same day or the day before with clarifying some specific details involving the amount and form of certain vitamins and nutrients in the foundational multivitamin. I was impressed by her knowledge and I know quite a bit about nutrition, vitamins, herbs, and other supplements. JoAnne was very helpful with my 1st order and Gina also provided amazing customer service on my. 2nd order.
Now I’m going on my 3rd month and I’m still extremely pleased and I wanted to mention how great the recent nutritionists have been too. I’ve either spoke or had a chat with most if not all of them by now, and the customer service and experience has been great every time. I’m happy I made the choice to switch from choosing all my own supplements and selecting different brands depending on what it was I was buying and needed, to working with one quality company with quality supplements.
It’s been great having one source for everything and I’ve been feeling amazing. I’m looking forward to my next order. Great experience!

I don’t post comments often but felt the need to because of the multitude of negative feedback. I have been ordering from Persona for several months and their customer service is excellent. They are quick to respond and always meet my needs. I order multiple supplements and can feel the high quality. My energy levels are improved and I sleep better. Yes, the supplements cost more than what you normally pay but you get what you pay for. I believe in quality over quantity and also love the convenience of the packets that I can grab and rush off to work.

Persona is amazing! I’ve been taking their vitamins for a few months and they make it so easy. Even the vitamin bags are biodegradable! Even when you need help Lori G. was great. She understood right away what I needed and helped me with my problem in no time flat. You have one happy customer Persona!

I had slight confusion with my order so I decided to reach out via Chat. Lori G a manager at Persona got back to me asap and was so accommodating and helpful. She resolved all my problems with no hesitation. It's awsome to find a brand of stuff I love and know the people behind the name are also just as awsome. Thank you so much Lori.

Fed ex is HORRIBLE!! I have to suggest that you use UPS. If it costs more, fine! It’s much better than NEVER RECEIVING your package. Lori G. Was amazing! I can’t tell how helpful she was and she was very quick to take care of this situation. She helped me every step of the way!! She apologized, and I told her it wasn’t her fault, it was fed ex. My request for a change of delivery date was handled efficiently during my chat today. I appreciate that. However, the online change-of-date feature has not worked for me on two occasions now. I suggest you review what is happening with that online feature.

I don't often leave Google reviews but I'm so thoroughly impressed by the level of customer care provided by Persona Nutrition that I'm compelled to do so. Yes, the price point is daunting and yes, it may be frustrating to call to change or cancel a subscription, but Madison provided exceptional customer service, offered suggestions and solutions, and didn't offer up a hard sell when I made some requests regarding my prescription. My recommendation is to give Persona a try, monitor how it may affect your daily routine (energy level, hunger, sleep patterns), and maintain the subscription as an investment in your health.

Customer service was amazing. Very excited to get my order. I've seen their vitamins through a friend & I'm impressed. Relatively fair pricing & day and night packs with app reminder! Not too mention I'm horrible at making sure I take the right dosages so it's very convenient.

Just ordered. It was so easy and I'm excited to get my order. I'm a nurse and a firefighter. Had my hands full the last 2 years. My doctor told me to increase my VitD intake due to lack of sun exposure from working too much. Madison L assisted me on chat and told me exactly what's in my vitamins and they support the amount my doctor suggested. Plus something for sleep and stress. Win win! Thanks!!!

I love my vitamin packs and so does my body. I have been using these for a year now and I feel fabulous. It is so easy and especially when going out of town or running out of the house, you just grab your pack. Customer service has been great when I want to add or remove something. They are always fast and helpful.

Persona has been great! Their in house nutritionist called to check in after my first month. I'm totally satisfied with their service and it makes taking care of me a lot easier and efficient! I don't have to carry a pill case around LOL!

I really like persona nutrition for supplements as they are very friendly and I appreciate that they take my current medications into consideration so that I don't take any supplements that will mess with my medications or harm me because of interacting with my medications.
