Nice neighborhood coffee shop. The new manager Brain has made several positive changes.

The staff is always pleasant and says hello when you walk in and good bye when you leave. They also call you by name and are willing to make suggestions depending on your ask.

All in all, it’s one of the better Starbucks in Seattle since Brain arrived!!!

Great place to drink! Service will help you well. Only problem in teenagers messing around.

One of the best coffee spots in beautiful Snoqualmie. The baristas are well trained to make incredible delicious coffee and they are so friendly!

The managers here do a great job at creating a welcoming environment and it shows that the employees love their jobs.

This Starbucks is always buzzing with customers. The staff is very friendly and approachable. I use the mobile ordering because there is usually a deep line. My drink is done correctly every time I come here and it's definitely one of my favourite Starbucks locations.

Such a nice Starbucks with friendly skilled baristas. You feel welcomed from the moment you walk in. I was just stopping in for a cold beverage to go but the atmosphere and conversations around seemed really cheerful and energetic. I definitely plan to come back here just to sit at a table and take my time with a pastry and a latte next time.

This Starbucks is amazing, the staff goes out of their way to get to know you, your drink, your kids AND your fur babies! Also, the drive thru line is quick... as the baristas are fast and efficient. Highly recommend the Cookie Crumble Mocha Frappuccino, it's so delicious, it should be illegal!

The best Starbucks I’ve ever been... and I’ve been to many. Friendly and courteous staff, got the drinks just right. All unisex bathrooms is a nice touch.

Best drink I have ever had

This location is one I go to frequently and they are always friendly and the drive-through goes fast, even when the line is long. Everything I order has always been perfect - can’t say enough good things!

This Starbucks has the most mobile orders out of all the stores in the COUNTRY. It's exceptionally busy but everyone is always friendly and bubbly. They're never rude and never complain if you bring back an incorrect drink - it happens.
There's no drive-thru so the store gets congested and you see people running around everywhere so you know they aren't slacking off.
Also, to address the reviewer saying they handle food without gloves - every Starbucks does. They use tongs, and never touch with their bare hands.

Awesome place right next to Steve's Donut's ....all the cops hang out there .....and they say there's one cop per 300sq Miles

The male barista made 2 grande matcha frappuccinos exactly the way my friend and I asked. He went above and beyond. He gave us a little extra because it had not quite fit in our 2 grandes. Super sweet. This visit was Wednesday, July 28th. We were there maybe between 3:30 and 4:00 pm. I highly recommend this Starbucks.

Lovely Starbucks with pretty furniture, great view of mountains, plenty of space, good music and directly staff. For me that's more than enough to justify 40 min drive for a few hours of peaceful work at my laptop.

The best customer service I have ever recieved. I was accidentally given a soy latte (which I am very allergic to), and didn't notice until I had drank half of it. I drove back and went in to complain, and the store supervisor immediately got me a big cup of water, asked me if I was okay, offered to call an ambulance for me, had me take a seat and catch my breath. Then she refunded my card, gave me a gift card, and made me a new venti latte with regular milk, free of charge. She gave me her business card and said that if I ended up going to the hospital, to call her & she'd take care of it. What a positively heartwarming experience. This is the best Starbucks by far!

No doubt starbucks is always great in everything, only suggestion , if they can give all items together, that would be great. Not like drinks before snacks. Thanks

The baristas here are all very friendly. I've had great fun constantly chatting with a few of them on a regular basis. Considering that I work across the street, I come here often and so we've developed a rapport. The baristas are all friendly, they'll do a pour-over without hesitation (or so it has been in the past at least), the place is clean, and I leave with a tasty drink in hand. Works for me.

Staff was very friendly. Even though there was a huge line at the time, they took the time to make drinks perfectly to order, with special considerations. Hand sanitizer available in two different spots on the counter

Great service and good coffee. Was a great stop on the way up to play in the snow and was the first place open anywhere in the area.even though google says different it lies so if your new and using gps ignore the other options until after 630am
