Had a great experience with a walk-in print job! I had the files ready in an email and sent it to the store’s email address as usual and it was a smooth process. Staff was helpful in letting me try out a few options

The new management has really turned this place around. Manoj the new manager was prompt and happy to assist me with properly packing and shipping out a very important package, and the service was quick. I will be coming to this location for all future shipments that I have to make!

Stopped by at 11am on a Saturday to make an Amazon return. Had fast service by an employee who was very friendly! The 1* reviews made me nervous but for a return it was easy and efficient. No complaints here!

I would always make the extra 15 minute drive to the North Bend store because i’ve had poor experiences at this store, but ever since the new manager took over I’ve had seamless experiences when I need to go drop off packages and ship boxes. I will start coming here now!

This is a small store, but it has everything you would expect from a post office. I was always able to find an empty parking lot. Staff are friendly, and the service turnaround is quite fast even when there is a wait line.

Primarily use this location for Amazon shipments. I've dropped off single items for returns using the mobile barcode, and I've carried in heaps of boxes with labels already attached. Every time I am able to complete my task successfully. Don't really need much help. The staff gets the processing done rapidly. The staff is relaxed and chatty, but they focus and attend to others when it gets busier. Overall, they get the jobs done as expected.

I read a bunch of not so great reviews about this UPS location, so I was hesitant to come here. I thought I would leave a quick review.
I just needed to mail a small package, the older gentlemen that was at the counter was very polite and helped me right away. No complaints at all.

I've had a mail box here for years and they are always helpful and courteous. When I arrive I am often greeted by name, and packages I have waiting are brought up before I even get to the counter. When I've needed to send something they have always been helpful and everything I've sent has arrived on time with no trouble.

I had to ship myself a package back home while on vacation and this UPS store handled my needs quickly and professional. The location had several shipping supplies for sale and had a clean environment.
