7-Eleven

The evening I went there was kind of crowded but it was not a long way and I was in and out of there so with that being said my experience was pretty much what I expected. And I will go back there again.

What's with the 5 inch bullet proof barrier at the counter ? Looks like there bracing for a shootout or something . Is it a bad part of town or is it like that everywhere in Rochester.
I went in for gas at night . There were cop cameras and lights flashing & recording everything .
Everyone looked to be on edge .

Remove the barriers and cameras . Remove the locks on the cooler doors . Greet the people with a friendly welcoming smile and be sure to thank them for their business .

If I could give it a zero I I would I come in here every day and still get hassled bring your person you get hassled every day it's a problem something they're so ghetto and unprofessional the only two that are not are the two Spanish ladies that work at night they're the best

They always close they claim inventory every day all night which I know it’s not true They’ve been close since 1 o’clock is now 3 o’clock.

Don't bother with this store not worth your time or your dime. Mananger is rude and unprofessional. The guy working through the night thinks he better then everyone. Its a pain to park at the store if people are getting gas. You have to actual drive through the gas pumps to get to the parking area to get into the store. If you need a place to go to the bathroom they have one and do let customers use it. Not many places do. So maybe keep it on the list of accessible bathrooms you can go and stink up!

Women working at 630am today made a mistake on my cigarettes when noticed went right back inside and she refused to fix it!! Dont spend money here will screw you over and wont give you name to complain or answer the phone too busy talking i guess

If I can get this store a zero Stars I would. Just about every day I come here they are closed for some reason it's irritating that they're the only gas station within a few miles radius that is open overnight and every single day I have some sort of problem it's always closed an employee is standing outside smoking a cigarette talking to customers telling them that we're closed it's like ridiculous. I have quite a few followers with my reviews and all of the places that I have reviewed so let's not hope everybody stops going there

This has to be the worst 711 in the city I would avoid at all cost there ghetto and lazy. And if you try to order anything through any app it will just Get denied because they don't want to work or fill any orders During the day or at night even though this is A 24/7 711. Then they'll give the excuse of there's something going on at the store But one day I went up there to see if there was but there was nothing going on it's just a case of them being lazy
