Great customer service from Ryan in the produce/deli area. I asked him where 2 items were located and instead of pointing to it (like most of the employees), or giving me attitude (like most of the employees), he walked me to where the product was located to make sure I knew where it was. He was very friendly and kind and didn't make me feel like I was bothering him. It was refreshing to receive such wonderful customer service from this young man.

FINALLY a giant eagle with a comprehensive spice section. I've been looking for Cardamom mostly for chai and Scandinavian baking but this is the only place offering two types of ground and one type of whole Cardamom. Very pleased with the expansion of their spice selection.

Great produce section
Sells the impossible burger products which is not always easy to locate. They keep it in the freezer section now which is different.
Love getting fresh flower bouquets here

No waiting at checkout. Friendly cashier and bags were well organized.

Daniel was very helpful and courteous when I picked up my prescription.

Shopped here for 36yrs. Friendly, helpful staff, & other than not carrying some common, name brand items, I have no complaints. They have a good Fuel Perks program & competitive pricing as well as sales. Clearly a great place to work also, for every employee is polite, helpful & professional. Just make sure you allow EXTRA time, ESPECIALLY if you're going to the pharmacy or just waiting for an open lane.

It’s a nice store, always well stocked and clean. Self checkouts and several human checkouts. Employees are nice and always answer my questions on where to find stuff.

I love this pharmacy. Everyone is so helpful. However, it can really backup. The drive thru should only be used to drop off and/or pick up to elevate the wait times. One should never wait (in line) to have a script filled. Not knowing for sure if this is the reason, just clarifying for those who expect that service. Please don’t put add’l pressure on you local RPh you are not their only customer.

Went shopping this morning (Sat). The store was immaculate! Every shelf stocked and presentation was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful! What a joy shopping was there.

Great selection with many discounts. Organic selection has improved but there is much more room to improve on more variety
(Like take oats for example. Does anyone really want their morning cereal knowing it may contain GMOS and pesticide residues etc.?)

My favorite store to shop! They always have such a great selection and freshest vegetables and fruits.

This Giant Eagle consistently has the best produce. The price is high compared to other options but the quality is there. I’d rather pay a little more and never be disappointed.
I’m there multiple times per week and always enjoy seeing Rhonda at the butcher counter, Barb at the register, and Jessica and Chuck at the bagging stations

Since quarantine, my husband and I started using Giant Eagle’s curbside pickup and are extremely satisfied by the service we’re receiving. The staff takes great care to put everything in your order together, and if there’s something unavailable, they’re making sure to let you know and offer any substitutions before pickup. Giant Eagle curbside has done a fantastic job of making grocery shopping a safe and comfortable experience during these challenging times. Thank you!

I was unfamiliar with the store and in a rush to get groceries to someone whose child had the flu. A lovely woman named Gina, when I asked for some help finding a few items, insisted on being my personal shopping assistant and had my list done in no time! Then the cashier got me help to the car, and ran out to give me something I forgot. Such nice people! And a beautifully kept store! Made my day better!

This is the local grocery store for everyone in the area , and I love how organized this place is. Plus they just underwent a massive renovation last month (April 2016) which has caused some confusion while shopping, however it's been great. Everything is fresh and new and well organized. Now all they need to do is renovate their bathrooms, because they are discussing. I have had to use the bathroom several times as I'm out running errands all day long, and they are always disgusting and stinky. I just cringe at the thought of having to use their bathroom. And if you're needing to pick up prescriptions I advise you do not go on Fridays and Saturdays. That is when they are the most busy in the pharmacy.

I want to shout out to Heather in customer service this afternoon for helping me. She took the time to be kind (especially given I had my two young kids with me)! I am so thankful to you Heather!!

Best shopping trip! Found the plant based Hidden Valley Ranch and Jolly Llama gluten free, dairy free ice cream treats.

Perhaps one of the nicest super markets that I know of, huge selection of everything very well laid out though the back of store near the meats is a bit bland. This location has a cafe, they sell wine and beer with a rather large selection including craft beers (my favorite) and the pharmacy is huge. The Health and Beauty section of the store even has wood floors adding a warm "home feel" to it. I dont come to this location often as I work next to the Market District down Rt.19 but when I do come here I am always impressed. Need gas for your return trip? There is a Getgo next door to this store.

The fresh fruits and vegetables are always good. There are often good sales on meat and poultry. Big dairy department and a very good pharmacy. The place is always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Larger Giant Eagle with a good selection of produce and bakery foods. Use the Scan and Go and get in and out quickly.
