Lush Cosmetics Lenox Square

After a long week of travel and a few exhausting days making our way around a new city, the lady’s at Lush in Lenox mall we’re all so very up beat and hospitable. With thorough product details and instructions for proper use as well as 2 very kind gentle ladies rubbing sample massage bars on mine and my wives sore muscles. With customer service on this level 💯

We had the best experience at Lush at Lennox. Emma was so helpful in explaining what everything was and made it much easier to choose which products we wanted! Thank you, Emma!

Tanya over at Lush is absolutely the best!! She gave us awesome recommendations for face and body mask to help with our skin types. So sweet, so patient, and an amazing personality. Would travel another 40 minutes from Conyers just to shop here again. 🥰🥰🥰

Destiny and T were great! I didn’t know lush sold hair products for kinkier hair textures. They showed me a conditioner, cream, and oil that smells amazing & worked with my hair. They were very nice and helpful!

I had my daughter’s 7th birthday there and the staff there did an AMAZING job. They kept 12 5-7 year old girls entertained for the whole two hours with games and bath bomb making. They even made a care package for me! They even take care of the gift bags for the guests.

Brittney is the manager there and she was an absolute pleasure to work with as well as the rest of the staff. My daughter said it was her favorite birthday ever. I highly recommend a party there whether you are 6 or 60! You will NOT regret it.

I could never say enough nice things about the employees at this store. The selection is always the highest quality and the most inventive ideas. Destiny and Jerita were super informative and patient with my eight-year-old daughter and myself who were trying to figure out the best bath bombs for ourselves and for a friend’s birthday. As someone who spent years in positions hiring staff, these two are great finds. We’d be back no matter what, but Destiny and Jerita made it so we’ll be back even sooner.

I tried to get my wife to go to this store last year but she didn't. Got her in there this year and she didn't want to leave. The shaving cream that they sell gives me a closer shave than the previous one. The sales ladies were nice and helpful

Tanya at the Atlanta Lenox store was great! She was patient and answered all my questions and made great recommendations! The store itself is clean, pretty, inviting, and fun. I appreciated all the labeling and clear pricing.

Great staff! Andrea spent a lot of time trying to help me with what I was looking for. Porsha was also very knowledgeable and helpful. Lots of great products and only wish there was a store closer to home. I like that you can try products in the store.

Kay was an absolutely delightful experience in assisting me with finding a variety of gift sets in different price ranges efficiently and swiftly. I’ve always loved Lush’s products. Literally have bought the same two scents & lotions for over ten years plus other things along the way. Karma & Pansy(used to be called Olive Branch). But I gotta say, the sales people at the Lennox location are my favorites. So sweet, very knowledgeable of their products and they look you in the eye when they speak to you. Half of the others in this mall should be more like the Lush people. Y’all are fantastic. Whoever is in charge of hiring knows what they are doing. Thanks for another great experience today. 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

Every Christmas I buy pre-wrapped gifts for family and friends from LUSH. I have been doing this for about 5 years now. All of the people that I give the gifts to go crazy because LUSH offers amazing products and designs . What really keeps me coming back is the amazing staff at LUSH. A LUSH team member named Porsha was my guardian angel this trip - I needed to make some custom gift boxes this year and try not to break the bank (which is easy to do at LU$$$H). She helped me design boxes that centered around my friend's and family's interests, skincare needs, and did a pretty good job keeping me on budget. The people at LUSH (like Porsha) always do a great job making me feel welcome and that's what keeps me coming back.
