New, fresh and clean 7-Eleven! Gas was cheaper than the other nearby stations.

I have really liked this location so far since it opened. It's a lot closer to my house, so it's easy to get to. I HAAAATE the lot and pump arrangement, though! It's soooooo cramped!!! You'd think that with the amount of land they had to work with, they could have utilized the space much more efficiently; I'm SURE the layout and *just* a couple too many cars there have been the deciding factor for plenty of people when they opted to head a little further up the street. The inside of the 7-11, however, each time I've been there has always been clean, smelled nice, and well stocked, and the regular cashier we see in the afternoons is always happy and friendly, so, points redeemed for all of that. 😊

Does not accept app for payment! Even though I have been to this exact same location once a week every week to pump my gas here!

We went to the 7-Eleven at 800 W. Golf Rd. to get sugar, free dragon fruit Slurpee‘s. When we filled our drinks, they were a different color than they were supposed to be. They were mixed with Coca-Cola Slurpee not sugar-free. I asked the Indian man at the counter, why they were mixed together and not sugar-free, and he ignored me and was very rude. if you are a diabetic, that would’ve been catastrophic 7-Eleven needs to get better employees people who care and are not rude.

Much that can be improved on. Especially in their ice cream section!!! No Bueno!

I went into this location to pick up soft drinks, multiple police where in this store, and the older Indian man at the front counter was being both aggressive with them and with customers. It took a fair bit to check out, as the man kept running outside to yell at a woman in a car. When I did finally get to check out, I noticed he drastically overcharged me. The amount he took from me in cash was not the amount listed on my receipt. I did not bring it up as, between the police presence and the cashiers irritation, I was quite frightened and did not want to cause further upset. I highly suggest avoiding this location at all costs.

Old dude that works at the front counter continuously asked me if I flush the toilet every time I leave. I honestly don’t know why he asks me that cause I do flush the toilet. but it just makes me uncomfortable because I’ve never had someone ask me that question when I leave a restroom

The old Indian guy working has tried to STEAL from me multiple times. He overcharged me on 3 separate occasions, and then argued with me when I called him out for it. I also tried paying in cash with a $100 bill. He put it in the safe and then tried to charge my card denying I ever gave him cash. I was on the verge of CALLING THE POLICE.

He skips over the rewards every time and then acts like he doesn’t know how to go back unless you argue with him about it.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. There’s so many other gas stations around, this place is unethical and should be shut down for THEFT.

The Indian guy who works morning day shift is the rudest person I have ever ran across in any public service store. I am surprised any one still goes there. I now drive out of my way to a different 711 just to avoid this rude person. Unfortunately I only live a block from this location. Owner should fire this employee becauce I am not the only person he is rude to.

Horrible service. No prices listed, when questioned, the old Indian guy said “no store has prices listed. Only specials”. Apparently I have to bring everything to the cashier to know the price of an item. Outrageous. Fire your staff immediately
