Michaels

Not much to say about michaels, they have lots of yarn and mildliners. lots of smaller plushies and surprisingly posters. only other thing of note is that the label for one of the yarn was basically destroyed and i want to hear the story on how that happened lol

Sometimes things may not be in the same place at one store as they are in another. Have perseverance ( that's our job) or ask an employee (that's a part) of their job. I usually find what I am looking for. Sometimes, if an item isn't where I think it should be, I think outside of the box.

The young lady who works at the frame shop, Alyc, was so helpful, patient and kind. It was a nice experience shopping at Michael's .

Not the place you'd expect to find NFL trading cards, but the only place we found them at! Already have some Halloween decorations on discount as well

Nice. Was actually surprised it had a fabric section as most don't. Nice and knowledgeable staff too.

Sam in the framing department is wonderful and talented! She's framed so many art pieces for me and I've lived every single one. She has great suggestions too. Michaels in general can be hit or miss on prices but the sales are good so keep an eye out.

Store always organized lots of items in stock

Always have great deal and you can never pass up there coupons. The yarn game is real and almost always have the color I'm looking for.

They have a huge selection of anything you could possibly want!

Awesome Christmas stuff! Don't go in there if you have a girl, lol - way too many nice things!!!

Many areas of Crafts and supplies for those crafts from Art Supplies to Wood Stamping. Even seasonal items for the home, which always change and you can always find something new.
Always been my place to go for Art Supplies.

Customer Service has always been Welcoming and Helpful.

Well organized and kept up with across the floor. Great clearance section on seasonal items, usually up to 80% off. This particular location appeared to only have 1 employee working at the time, a cashier, with 0 people on the floor. It wasn't a big deal for me as I was perusing for what to buy, but I don't know what would have happened if the cashier was requested for assistance by someone.

Has nice selection of yarn. Clean store. Friendly helpful staff. Make sure to download the Michaels app and sign up for coupons.

Was looking for little cork top glass bottles. Couldn't find them anywhere. My daughter and I asked the sales lady( young girl, dark hair and glasses, didn't catch her name😟) and she told us what isle they would be in. We searched around to no avail. About seven minutes later, that same young lady came running to us with at least two packages of different bottles! We totally passed right by them! I couldn't believe she was still looking for us even after our parting. Amazing customer service. Will return simply because of that young lady.

Everyone who works here is so friendly and they make it a great place to shop! Not the biggest Michaels in the area but they have a nice selection!

Michael's in Washington, PA is clean and bright with clearly marked aisles. It was easy to find the items I was looking for.

The cashier today was welcoming, efficient and professional.

Had everything you could possibly imagine and unbeatable prices! Honestly for art supplies and paints, they have all the same things as hobby lobby, and even more, except Michael's prices are alot more affordable!
