I just love this location. First, the staff. Folks like Joe in customer service and John in paint make this place stand out. Everyone is kind and helpful.

The entire store is immaculate and clean. Layout is efficient, well stocked, and constantly organized.

I was never a Home Depot fan, but this one location has changed my opinion. I’ve spent way too much money here already.

Stopped for my dad who was building a swing set and needed primer. I approached a worker who caught my eye. I asked the location for the item and USUALLY they will walk with you to find it....this guy pointed to the left and said " I dunno, try isle 7 or 8?" .

I nodded my head and walked to the paint area. Ron saw I looked confused and assisted me all the way to the exact thing I needed. He kept the area clean and the conversation going. Which made it nice and not awkward. He is such a sweetheart and I appreciate his attentiveness to my exact need. 🙏 If you need PAINT GO SEE RON!👏👍

Great employees and store. Per the app, everything is where it stated. A first! Congrats on a great store!

I really have had such pleasant experiences at THIS Home Depot. Like today I had project to get done, BUT I did not know for sure what material I needed to get it done. I got the first couple of things on my shopping list, then while I walking around I see an employee - Kevin by name :-) I show him my drawing - he didn't even laugh :-)... He says right away - "I know exactly what you need..follow me"... And in no time I had everything I needed to get my project done - and it cost less than I expected!
In the past OFTEN when I ask where something is in the store the employee I ask offers to 'show' me exactly where it is... amazing.... the employees here must get a lot of exercise :-)

What can I say, tis my favorite store!

Definitely be sure to check online for some of the items that you are looking for. I was able to find a great deal that was listed online and available in-store for pickup that I couldn't actually find in the store myself.

But aside from that online deal find there is a pretty good variety of things to do almost every possible project that you can think of. And of they don't have it, they probably have the supplies to make it. So you can fill your time with projects that make the parts you need to finish another project that is also just one of the pieces that you will need to complete another project in order to finally get started with the project that you initially wanted to do.

Or they will have that specific screw that you need to replace the one that you dropped and have no idea where it landed.

Wood cutting was unavailable...the wood department manager was awesome..got a great alternative without cutting ... wonderful customer service and will continue to keep shopping for my home needs... thanks again for everything

11-22-18 : This review is geared more to the installation of our newly installed carpet then to the entire store itself. The service from start to finish was extremely smooth and George very helpful. But where I was really impressed was the carpet company that came out to install our purchase. Carlos was our installer. When he showed up he was alone and from 2 to 6:30 worked extremely hard to install carpet in two bedrooms and in the living room. He did a fantastic job and was very kind and courteous. The carpet looks great and really changes the atmosphere in the home. I would definitely recommend working with George in the Washington home Depot for all your flooring needs. There have been many questions that I've asked him and he is very knowledgeable. If he's not sure of something he finds the answer which I appreciate.
I'm loving the new carpet, thanks Home Depot for giving me a great experience and NOT giving me buyer's remorse.

Washington Home Depot went out of there way to assist my wife and myself. Used the fork lift to get one 55gallon bin down from the top shelf. Excellent, professional work. They were very safety minded through

Garden department was very helpful in answering questions and plants were in good shape and decent selection.

The employees were very helpful guiding me to what I needed.

I wish it was closer, but this one is located about 45 min away. It's not bad, but I that makes me go somewhere else. The store is nice and the staff helpful, but the drive...

What a great team at Washington PA Home Depo!!
My husband and I stopped to return an item damaged in shipment and customer service went above and beyond to take care of the issue. Each department I passed through I was offered help and a friendly greeting. This continued as we made an unexpected purchase and was even helped in the lightbulb department. Great job!! You are 5 star in customer service.

Im very lucky and fortunate, because there's also a Lowe's store VERY close to the Home Depot, so if one of the two stores doesn't have exactly what I need, the other one usually does! I usually split my service 50/50 between my local Lowe's & Home Depot.

Very helpful in finding items! Purchase of bags of garden soil were loaded in the car for me! I am very appreciative of the pleasant response of everyone who came to help me. THANK YOU! This made my visit to The Home Depot a pleasant one. Rich Myers

I just stopped in for a quick return for an order I placed online. The whole return process was smooth and hassle free, and I was out the door within minutes. Just one of the many reasons I continue to shop at Home Depot.

The Home Depot is one of my favorite places to shop. Aisles are well marked and it is usually pretty easy to find what you're looking for, and then some!
The staff is very helpful and courteous.
Be sure to practice social distancing and must wear a mask per PA state mandate.

If you like Home Depot, this is a great HD. Well stocked with their merchandise and clearly signed. Their only falter is their out doors area. Much of the merchandise out there seems like it's been sitting a while (dirty, dried out, old), and they don't take care of their flowers (definitely not the place I buy flowers from). But if it's stuff from inside that you want, it's definitely as great place.
