The ease of scheduling online makes the process seamless. The communication aspect of the service department is phenomenal. Everyone I have come in contact with has been kind and patient. Has been my go-to place for my vehicles for over a decade. Reliable trustworthy service. Good communication. Has always worked with Toyota to cover things, even when warranty was expired! Being a dealer, prices are probably higher than a chain would charge for regular maintenance but you don't have to worry about mechanic competence, or them pushing service too early, etc. Highly recommended.

Andrew was absolutely phenomenal! 10/10 recommend him. I drove almost an hour to look at a car. It was sold on my drive out there, he was very polite and apologized. He showed me one more option that I fell in love with and drove off the lot with in the end. Nicole was amazing, she’s finance. I felt so welcomed and lucky. They’re very patient and sweet. I will go back there again!

Quick service, and easy to schedule online. Gave the truck a rundown, and didn’t try to push items for maintenance that didn’t need completed yet. I usually do my own scheduled maintenance, but will be brining it back when I don’t have the time for it.

It was a great experience all the way around. Not my first time dealing with SHT. So nice and love my 4Runner. My 2nf one and won't have anything else. I couldn't believe how fast it arrived. Very satisfied 😁

So I just recently bought my Toyota Tacoma gotta say I really like it. It’s pretty decent. I had some work done today. They were very timely. Made the truck look super nice I recommend South Hills Toyota to anyone they really care about your needs.

In & out, no issues. Staff is always courteous, kind, and knowledgeable. Clean waiting area w/ access to snacks, TV, restrooms. Never disappointed with visits.

It was a little busy on a Monday morning in the service dept but the staff greeted me upon entering and were pleasant considering the circumstances! Oil change was completed in a timely fashion without the high pressure of adding other products and services that aren't really needed.

Darlene is a rock star! We really enjoyed working with her and appreciate all her patience as we worked through our used car options. We’re pleased with the choice to purchase the 2020 Prius Prime.
