McDonald's

Stop here to use the restroom... and bought a sundae since I don't like taking and not giving back. The restaurant feels clean and the service was a little slow. I think it's because they had a big order? The lady at the counter saw me waiting and asked if I needed help. I ordered a sundae from the kiosk and she got it for me right away.

The food was hot and the drinks amazing. Fast and friendly as well. Ordered bagels, bisquits, and hash browns. Drank on the Shamrock Shake before I took a photo.

Very nice McDonalds with friendly staff and good food. Loved the table with colored lights.

Best mcdonald’s experience! January 1st 2023 @ about 11:30-11:50 pm my gf and i went through the drive thru and even though we have them a little of a hard time with the “too much ice” and “where the sauce?” they continued to be very caring and professional. The beautiful darker skinned woman at the first drive they window is the sweetest woman i’ve met in a while in the food service industry. she made sure we had a great experience and had hot and fresh food. the two gentlemen at the pick up window were also fantastic workers and didn’t make us feel bad or anything. that lady should be a manager if she’s not and the other two should get a raise. Thank you!!

Fries and a milk shake. Done quickly at a busy hour. Fries were hot and milk shake was filled to the brim with no overflow. Delivery was "number [such and such]." I grab my bag, and the next lady spins around and here's your milk shake. 5 star service just for that flawless delivery. Also, it's been a while since I've gotten hot Fries instead of warm-ish Fries. Given how tired I was and relying on a finger food to make it home without a nap, I'm very grateful.

Coffee is awesome. Never really get anything else, but love the coffee and love the price. All employees are always great even though customers are very rude with them at times their always pleasant. Keep up the fabulous positive attitudes don't let the grumpy gus customers get you down. You guys always do great when i come through. Thanks

Excellent service! Order taker took special care of our order to ensure it was gluten free. They brought our food to our table and came back to ensure we had a good experience. Clean restaurant and clean restrooms. Very kid friendly dining room.

Good place to go to for a quick bite to eat. Food is pretty fresh, and the service was excellent.

I'm confused about all the negative reviews on this particular location because I've been going there quite frequently now for the past 3 years morning, afternoon, evening & late at night & have never had an issue except one time. They made an error ONCE in the maybe 100 trips I've made in the past 3 years. They quickly corrected it though! EVERY time I've visited this McDonald's, I've always gotten fresh food & friendly customer service in a timely manner! I've visited many a locations but this one is by FAR my favorite!! Keep up the excellent work Washington, PA McDonald's on Chestnut!!

I love this McDonalds! We had a minor problem with one of our orders. I called and spoke with Tori and she was super sweet. She apologized and said that she would take care of us. When we went back, she sure did take care of us! Actually she exceeded my expectations!

Drive thru was pleasantly greeted by a friendly cashier. Food was actually hot and quickly served. Good visit.

This McDonald’s was really different from any of the other McDonald’s I’ve been to but the food tasted just like any other McDonald’s would

It always seems like there's never enough people working there I'm always waiting at least 20 minutes for the food

This particular McDonald's offered excellent drive through service. The people taking orders, collecting and serving were some of the kindest folks I had contact with all day.

The mall is great!! There is a food court..love Subway and the people there. The movie theater is great..just saw Incredibles 2 with my 8 yr. old grandchild...the movie was incredible 😀!! Garfields on the other hand was AWFUL!!! The waitress was great but it took 40 minutes to get our food.Waitress apologized over and over. Kitchens fault!! Ugh!!

Quick friendly service.

Young man who waited on me was very courteous. Big Mac was perfect, but the bun was so soft/fresh my fingers went through it and that made it difficult to eat.

My experience at McDonald's was quite nice. The restaurant was clean an the staff was very attentive to my needs being I'm handicapped an in a mobilized wheelchair.Thank u very much for wonderful service in the Chestnut st. Washington PA. Restaurant.
