Wow, where do I start. The store is always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I would like to give a shout out to the store manager Kevin, he goes above and beyond to make sure that his customers are taken care of. Lowe's in washington, PA will always get my business because of Kevin. Great Place to shop!!!

Knowledgeable sales associate who offered assistance "when you're ready," not trying to push in until we were finished looking for ourselves.

Always have a good experience at Lowes, any time I needed help salespeople have gone above expected help.

This Lowe's is one of the larger Lowe's stores. Usually they have the items I need in stock. Easy to get to and employees here are helpful.

Dwayne and Josh provided excellent customer service and went well above and beyond all of my requests. I needed several cuts of lumber made and they took care of it all. Highly recommend based on my experience there. I was sad my survey expired before this busy mom got a chance to officially put in a thank you, but I do hope management sees and acknowledges their hardwork!

Home improvement store with very friendly and helpful staff

This is the hardware and appliance store. The sales rep are very warm and welcoming. The store is very clean, and the merchandise is well displayed. The store attendants are always and willing to help, and even going to the extent of suggesting what will be the best way to do your project if you are not quite sure but having an idea of what you want to accomplish. The checkout is very swift.

Found what I was looking for and the saleswoman looked for more items at the surrounding stores for me. She was very nice and others helped me load the car.

I don’t generally care to go to Lowe’s because we’ve had some bad experiences at the Bethel Park location. We decided to go to this one further out, however, and everyone was great. The staff was super-friendly and the store well-stocked. We’d definitely go there again.

Had parts missing from the toilet that I purchased. When I returned to the store they had no mere of that model left, so the manager allowed me to pick another one at a 25% discount. I felt that was very good customer service. They also give 10% off if you are a veteran.

Always someone there knowledgeable and able to give pointers on any project I start. Couldn't say anything better about the team of floor workers they have. Generally fair pricing and well stocked on items.

Lowes is a great store to get products and materials to fix up or do home improvements on your house. Some Lowes's locations have the nicest employees and staff. Other locations make you not want to shop there. I went to the Lowe's on Washington Road in Washington County. I could not wait to get out of there. The employees acted like they don't want to help you or work. I was treated so rudely by everyone I had interacted with. I am so happy that is not the Lowe's I shop at all the time. I only went there because my fiance was doing repairs on a house for someone.

Went in late the other night couldn't find what I was looking and for. John was such a tremendous help he searched the store and found it when he could have just said they moved it and I don't know where they are. Glad to see customer service is not dead
