AT&T Store

EVERYONE at this at&t store was fabulous! They all help each other and it was a great environment. I'm glad I took my business there.

My mother and I had just left T-Mobile with a horrible and unwelcoming visit. We were unhappy with our service and all they could tell us was that we could leave T-Mobile at any time. We walked into AT&T, immediately greated by Janin who was OUTSTANDING with customer service. I've been wanting to upgrade my IPhone 10 for a while and nobody would give us an actual deal. Janin was happy to grab everything I wanted, break down the costs, the best plan for my mother and I to be on together and really just went above and beyond to make sure we left happy. I'll be coming back to this store to work with him for ALL of my needs for our new service plans. He made us happy to be back with AT&T

Patricia was super helpful and patient and made the process of getting a new phone stress free. Someone you are lucky to have!

Was time for a new phone and went to the Washington location. Tracy Lehman was assigned and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. These guys are great they helped us get through an upgrade and adding two lines to barely increase my bill! Doug (our salesman) was fantastic and there the whole time. The assistant manager Brittany could not have been better! She was super helpful through the whole process, and even drove to another store to get us something we needed!

Nate was outstanding. He helped me c select the best phone for my needs - then he helped me set up the new phone.

I would not hesitate to recommend this AT&T store to anyone.

Love this store! Tracy, my sales consultant, was extremely helpful - he was knowledgeable, listened to my cellular needs, and ended up saving me money!!! There was no pressure, to purchase additional items that I was not interested in - which I greatly appreciate!
The other AT&T representatives in the store, were also very cordial and polite. There really seems to be a friendly and helpful vibe in this store... so refreshing. Great job Washington AT&T!!!!

This store has amazing customer service! My boyfriend and i came in looking to start an account together and Patricia helped us as soon as we walked into the door. She was so educated about every question i had and answered right away! I would 100% would tell everyone to go and see Patricia to have this same experience!
