I switched my prescriptions from CVS - Lakewood to this one bc I was having trouble filing my prescriptions on time and this one is closer to work which is more convenient for me. But what I enjoy the most is the sense or urgency the pharmacy staff has demonstrated and when I have an issue every time they are able to review and resolve it without inconveniencing me. That’s huge, it tells me they care to provide competent, and kind service. Only feedback I would say to be mindful of DT window and make sure there’s not other people waiting previous to the closing time. I was once waiting for almost 10 minutes and then when I pulled up they closed the window,next time when I’m close to their closing window time I’ll walk in, but overall I would recommend this pharmacy.

We had great customer service. This was our first time using CVS because of new insurance. Tim (pharmacist) went above and beyond to help us with our prescription. Our son had broken his leg and we were trying to fill his pain medication coming from the urgent care. It was the very end of day and we did not yet have a CVS account for him. Instead of turning us away to come back the next day, Tim had compassion for our situation and was really kind and helpful throughout the process even though they had a line on top of trying to close, and there was a hang up because the Dr had misspelled the name on the prescription. I know Tim had worked a long day being short staffed because I came in that morning for a different prescription. I think a lot of the negative reviews stem from them being understaffed but in the interactions I had with the staff, they were kind and helpful.

Aimee is a 100% caring and problem solving person and the 5 stars are ONLY hers. Everyone else doesn't care and they admit they never answer their phone.

Excellent service all time despite how very busy they are with just one pharmacist

Since I know that people are usually more likely to leave a bad review when they’ve had a negative experience, I just wanted to share the positive experience I had with this CVS location. The CVS location that I typically fill my prescription at is almost always out of my medication and they’ve said numerous times they’d order it but then something goes wrong every month, and every time I swear they give me the run around and always give me different answers regarding how they can fix things. This month it was the same thing, so they said they’d transfer my prescription over to this location in Federal way but of course it was last minute and this location was closing in an hour. I called the federal way location and they were SO helpful! The woman I spoke with was incredibly sweet and just so kind and helpful. She double checked that they had what I needed and told me it would take them a little bit to get my prescription done and I should head over since they’d be closing in about 45 mins. On my way there I got a text saying my prescription was ready and when I got up to the counter she remembered talking with me on the phone, grabbed my order and had me checked out quickly. Even the people behind the counter working in the pharmacy were so friendly. I had a great experience here! It was much better than the usual location I go to. The store is also extremely nice, clean and organized.

I feel like most pharmacies have kind of a tough gig, people are always in a hurry and the people who work in the pharmacy are super busy and are just doing their jobs. And I’m sure they have to deal with a lot of jerks. Just remember to be kind to them and try to be patient, they’re doing their best. I was there only 1 time. And I had pretty good experience with a pharm. tech ( or maybe he was pharmacist's assistant). And a pharmacist was nice too. He gave me a flue shot.

I am required to have a flu shot for my job. As I was on a deadline & like to be prepared, I scheduled an appointment at a competing pharmacy. When I arrived for my appointment at said pharmacy, I found that they did not have any vaccine in stock nor would they have any for several weeks.

Concerned about meeting my flu shot deadline, I walked into CVS to see if they had any vaccine. They did. They were able to get me a vaccine within 10 minutes even though I’d never filled a script with them before. CVS to the rescue. Thank you!

In November of 2022. My PICC Line sleeve I bought here for my chemotherapy infusions. Lasted the full 6 months thanks to the sales lady going through extensive looking up. Thank you for your customer service.

I love this store always clean and the workers are courteous always there to help and the pharmacy is also helpful and courteous

Traveling in our RV and needed to refill 90 day Rx's. Stopped in to this CVS and presented 8 prescriptions. Pharmacy staff was prompt and efficient. Great experience.
