Rite Aid

Pharmacy was great. Always have an easy shopping trip here, although sometimes there is nobody up front when you go in. Not a greeter near unless it's the security guard. They need more employees

This is the best pharmacy around! A special shout out and appreciation for Bao who has helped me more than once with different concerns and questions. He never hesitates to help and takes the time necessary to understand and explain. They are prompt, kind, thoughtful, caring and helpful.
I had been so frustrated with (Ill call it W). pharmacy I had gone to for years. The staff at this Rite Aid pharmacy is great and I have had none of the issues I had at the other. Excellent customer service. They are open all day. They answer the phone. They are not constantly out of stock. They get through their lines quickly. They have enough staff working there.

Our pharmacy we go to is not open on the weekends so I had to go here a couple of times for urgent medications.

Working in the field many moons ago I must say I was very impressed how they took care of us. Great customer service and help from the clerk tech up front to the pharmacist both times.

Had the most amazing experience with the pharmacist and Junius and Cortney at the counter.

I’ve been battling with an illness that could be relieved with an over-the-counter medication. The pharmacist was attentive and helpful, then recommended a medicine that has worked!

I went to the front and met a young man named Junius who was working behind the counter. I had a mask on and was coughing and he said “I hope you feel better soon .” For a split second I just stood there and stared at him because it’s rare to get that type of care and genuine sincerity anymore. I told him thank you, and we engaged in conversation while he rang up my purchase.

He then told me about the seasonal sale on umbrellas and the base. Not only did I buy it but others bought them too. I do believe others in line were just as impressed as I was with Junius!

Cortney assisted us by going out of her way to get the umbrella we wanted that was in the back.

Rite Aid, you have a great team in the Federal Way store off of 336th, and Junius and Cortney made our experience exceptional!

I went to get my flu and booster shots on Saturday evening. I am very impressed with the customer service the pharmacist has. Very professional and caring. She really went out of her way with kindness! Thank you for you great pick of a pharmacist.

They always greet me as I walk in and are very pleasant and helpful

Honestly the nicest Ride aid I’ve been to. Every time I walk in they always say Hi and welcome me in! I believe the managers name is a Courtney and she is beyond helpful!

I walked into the store to Brandi obviously getting harrased over the phone. She was calm and professional the entire time and very pleasant to deal with after the fact. Great job!

Since I’ve moved in the area, the customer service at this Rite Aid have been exemplary! From the door, to the pharmacy, and checkout, everyone here greets you with a smile and “Welcome to Rite Aid”! I went into rite aid and got great customer service the store was very clean and well stocked I was looking for a cleaning product and I think Courtney was her name helped me find it and she was very sweet I will be going back oh and much better customer service then cvs thank u

The best Rite Aid drugstore. They work extra hard to make sure their customers get the medications that they need. My insurance company is super difficult to deal with and this Right Aid takes them on. Bravo.

Long time Wgreens customer tried Rite Aid at recommendation of family an friends, MUCH better pharmacy experience at Rite Aid.

Went to Safeway I'm handicapped and someone stole there ride along cart can't do walking the cart gal ran around and got the 4 things I came in for she was so nice to even offer got what I needed that was wonderful.

I’ve read many of the past reviews and can only say I’ve never had a bad experience here. I usually seek out Bao because he is extremely helpful and always has answers to my stupid and embarrassing questions. 🙈

Literally my fav place to stop by and grab things quick and easy when getting my meds. Courtney is the best and so friendly
