The UPS Store

I enjoy using this location because of the customer service. Lewis is ALWAYS pleasant. Even with long lines they are as expeditious as possible and you are always greeted with a smile. My favorite location hands down.

I had shipped multiple large items including a Specialty fridge, the store owner and team packed and shipped it with no damages. Also helped me through a claims process that took a little longer than expected, not the stores fault, but the owner was there to help me through all the steps when needed.

I absolutely love coming to this location!! It's under new ownership as of 6 months ago and the new owner is doing such great things! Every staff member greets me with a smile and goes above and beyond to accommodate me.This last visit I didn't realize my return required me to pack my own box. I was happy to take it home and repack it and bring it another time. The staff was so helpful and said they had boxes there that I could use at no fee and would pack it for me. That is amazing customer service!! Everybody here works so hard and is so awesome! I just wanted to say, if you have a choice between different UPS stores choose this one!!

I really needed to send a package yesterday, but dreaded going to this store because one of the workers acts like they hate their job. When I walked in I was immediately impressed by Raheem Stone. He immediately acknowledged me right as I walked in the store and was so kind. I knew he was busy because the room was filled with other customers, but he kept a smile and positive attitude the entire time. He walked me through all of the steps and helped make sure I got the best deal for preparing and sending so that it was delivered when I needed it to be. I can say I definitely don’t mind coming to this store now.

First off, great customer service. I had Zander, a stud of a young man, help me through my first shipping process flawlessly with great communication letting me know how it all was going to work. Second, unfortunately I didn’t get her name but a very sweet woman was also hurrying to help everybody she could all by herself for the first 5 mins of my visit, communicating and apologizing for the wait. Very professional and kind folks who do their job the best they can, with as much care as possible . This is now my primary UPS .

Been coming to this UPS store for several years and something new and wonderful is happening! REAL customer service has returned! There is now a young man at the counter named Stone. He is incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and has renewed my faith in UPS as a company that is customer focused. Thank you for a great experience!

I just want to say THANK YOU to the wonderful employee "Stone" who saved our day!
My daughter had ordered contact lenses that were due in the day of her flight out to Denver to receive a very special award from her college and she did not want to walk across the stage in her glasses. We had no idea what time the package would arrive at our home, bit had to have it by 1:30pm when we were due to go to the Tampa Airport.
Stone was able to find which truck the package was on, and he contacted the driver to have us go to him to pick up the package right away!
Thank you so much Stone for your hard work helping us out ! My daughter was so happy to fly to Denver for her prestigious award with her contacts to wear on stage! Thanks again Stone!

Customer service was great. Stone, the employee that worked with me, helped me unload my car (twice) and gave good advice for how to pack my paintings to help minimize costs. My packages got to their destination in perfect condition :)

This morning, Saturday, 1/22, I had a 40 lb package which the UPS clerk, Stone, met me at the door and carried the box for me. In June, I returned 3 boxes of pc equipment and had to make 3 trips from my car. None of the UPS clerks offered any assistance. They stood behind the counter and watched me carrying each box in to the counter. Need to be more helpful to senior citizens. Thanks to Stone for his excellent customer service!

Been coming to this UPS store for almost a year and it’s always been such a smooth process with all my returns. Today I had to ship a package out of state and Stone took his time and helped me with everything. Super helpful and such a pleasant man everytime I come to this store.

Came in today and was helped by Stone. I just want to say that he was incredible to work with. Helped me get my items into a smaller box saving me a lot of money. He was extremely friendly and patient with me while I worked to make everything fit the box he had for me. If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would!

A huge shoutout to Stone, I went in there last week with a bunch of antiques and extremely valuable family items to ship back home from visit our grandmother. The box was packed impeccably, everything was handled with such love and care. I cannot say thank you enough for Stone for making sure everything was safe and in one piece. Highly recommend this store for any shipping needs in St. Pete, thank you again!!!!!

I just want to say thank you so very much! You know how anxious I was about shipping my Blown Glass Unique Art item. You wrapped it so well, we had to use scissors to cut up all the plastic. I come to this store so often and every visit “stone” shows the upmost customer service. I never have to wait no more than 5 mins and he always have a positive attitude. Thank you Sir. He truly makes UPS proud

The employee there named Stone-- was so helpful and patient with me. Had to return 5 pairs of Championship boys shorts to Amazon, not in a box-- with simply the QR codes in my phone compared to numbers on the labels of the shorts. He was more than helpful, kind, patient, funny and very quick witted. Thank you. All businesses need more employees like Stone.

I have used this ups store on more than one occasion and I can't say enough about how the persons know their products and product knowledge. Every trip has always been completed easier than expected. I can tell this comes from strong leadership by Raheem Stone who is a true leader.

The absolute best UPS location in all of St.Pete. I stop by this store at least once a week and Stone and Angelo are so friendly and helpful. I will always go out of my way to use this location for the outstanding customer service.

I came in to fax some important paperwork for my job and Stone was very helpful. I would've only sent half of the paperwork had he not noticed my papers were double sided. Very grateful for the great customer service.

I am a frequent customer to this store 2 times a week for work. Stone, Elise, and George are all so very nice, hard working and knowledgeable of their jobs. I know they make my visits easy and a good experience!!
