Best shoe store for every type shoes. I shop at all of their metro locations and online. If you are looking for 1-2 inch kitten dress heels, DSW is the place to go!

I usually shop during peak traffic hours 4- 6pm and have noticed most DSWs do not get that busy. This location has a wider selection than the Atlantic station store even though they're both big stores. At this store there’s a wider selection of clearance items and more sales people on the floor.
Great customer service, shout out to Ashley.
She was so knowledgeable about the Aetrex Orthopedic System and even guided me through the Scan.
She did a full presentation and consultation it felt like she could be a podiatrist by reading the Scan and letting me know my arch in my right foot was in a different place than my left which is why it felt unusual when I tried out the insoles.
I highly recommend Ashley if you have any orthopedic questions and best work sneakers.

When it does become busy there are enough cashiers to help you check out. I only wish that they had carrying bags for when you do binge shoe shopping like I do.

I love the fact you can hold items for 24 hrs if you can't decide. Of course she mentioned the orthopedic insoles come w/ a 90 day money back guarantee so I bought it anyway $90 for premium orthopedic insoles is still a great deal.

DSW in buckhead loop is a huge store of varieties and brand of shoes and sandels .You can get your shoes according to your range. I enjoyed shopping there.

This warehouse has good collection of shoes and foot wear. Look out for bargain sale and you can get foot wear at reasonable price. They have foot wear for Gents, Ladies and kids. They have good collection of.various foot wear Brands. This store is well maintained and excellent customer service. They also provide hassle free returns.

I love the Buckhead location right by 400. The staff is always great, they check on you periodically & let you know they’re there if you need them. But most importantly they let me shop. I’m one of those people that goes in the store a takes their time to make sure I’ve selected the right pairs of shoes! They’re very organized too so it’s easy to see everything in the big open space.

The staff here is incredibly upbeat, helpful, and friendly. They always greet you, ask if you're looking for something in particular, offer to hold items behind the counter for you, and know about the sales and special offers. I wish this manager and staff would take over the TJ Maxx and the Nordstrom's Rack in that plaza too, both would greatly benefit.

Ordering online for DSW is pretty stressful - there's too much to choose from. Other than it being in Buckhead, I LOVE this DSW, as it has a wide variety, plenty of sizes, and a great sale section too. Always find something I need and more here. Friendly staff as well that will help you with returns or online orders with kindness.

Gotta give a shout-out to the employee who helped me out. I think his name is Anthony; I was looking for a particular shoe, but I couldn't find it and picked up an alternative that I liked. Anthony spent a fair amount of time trying to help find exactly what I was looking for before confirming that it was only available online.

When I went to check out my new shoes, he noticed that my e-mail address was misspelled in the database, and gave me a discount that I would've otherwise missed out on because I never received the coupon. Excellent customer service!

I love the variety of women's shoes and the low prices but I wish the staff was more helpful.

While I'm not a huge fan of shoes and shoe shopping, my wife is. So anytime I'm at DSW, it's as my wife's sidekick in her hunt for her next pair of wedges, sandals, boots, etc. My wife likes DSW, and if my wife likes it, then so do I :)

This is my favorite DSW location hands down. They have the best selections of shoes, boots, accessories, hand bags/purses, etc. than all of the other DSWs combined in state and out of state.
