Brenton gives the absolute best customer service!!! Lionel was was so helpful finding the sizes I needed. Jay assisted my mom in finding all the sizes she needed. Teamwork surely makes the dream work… and they are the epitome of excellence!!! If I find myself in need of Old Navy… whether near or far… I am making my way back to this location!!!! 🤗🤗🤗

Spacious, clean and well organized. Good customer service. This store has good collection of clothing for Men, women and kids. This store is located in first floor of Buckhead station. Restroom facility is available in this store.

Don’t usually shop at old navy, maybe once every few years when they have something very specific I’m looking for. In those cases, this is my closest location and they just about always have the items that I’m looking for when the website says they have it. I forgot the gentleman’s name but he was super nice and even help price matched something from the website

Organized and prices were displayed properly. I was greeted by employees from the time I entered the store and throughout my visit. The price check machine are new and made my experience even better so I didn’t have to guess the prices. Zion made my checkout process great. He had a great personality and reminded me to use my phone number to get points for my visit.

The parking lot is under construction but I was still able to find a spot nearby the entrance.

I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name at the front with glasses that helped me, but he was the sweetest! I wanted the last hoodie on a manican and he didn’t hesitate to provide the best customer service and a great attitude:)

This review is not for this specific location, but for OLD NAVY OVERALL. I am a plus sized woman, and I loved Old Navy before, but with the addition of plus size clothing, not singled out in tiny area in a corner, but exactly where they SHOULD be. I love Love LOVE IT!! They are cute, comfortable, and good quality. I saw the commercial but I thought it was just jeans. So much more. Thank you Old Navy.🤗🤗🤗

Usually, they have a sale every week. You can get a lot of items with in a few bucks.

I had to return two items and wanted to change size of one t-shirt. Jessica was really helpful with me finding the receipt (which I kinda lost in the email) and she even looked for the t-shirt in the store if they have one. When she didn’t find any, she price matched the t-shirt online and made it shipped to my address. She even gave me a pair of gloves since mine was not good for swiping the phone. Now that’s service! Jessica is an asset to Old Navy!

This Old Navy is on par with all the other ones. Good clothes, reasonable pricing and nice staff.

Great Place 2 shop, employees here are very friendly and helpful!! I was helped by a store clerk by the name of Shavon S. Who went over and beyond to help me find everything I needed in my kids size, she merely looked at my kids and determined their sizes perfectly!!! Thanx Shavon!!

I loved my experience here. Rachael IS AMAZING!!!!!!!! She helped me find the items that I was looking for. She had patience with me when I asked TONS of questions and she even went in the back to find some sizes I needed. I WILL be back at this location.

I just left Old Navy Buckhead Loop and the cashier Zion was amazing dude helped me out tremendously and was ver patient. Zion keep up the great work!!!

The cashiers working late Sunday before Christmas were so nice and pleasant! They deserve a raise!

Good store but SO many people there at lunch(that don't work). Hard to get in, shop and check out
