Wonderful experience working with the pharmacist this evening. My insurance is such that I have to use a specific pharmacy which was closed, so I had to pay out of pocket and get reimbursed. The pharmacist was concerned about the high cost and suggested I use GoodRx to save money. He walked me through how to go about it and really went above and beyond his job duties. His kindness and consideration were a welcomed surprise after a difficult few weeks.

The Pharmacists are knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and very efficient. Very rarely have I had to wait over fifteen minutes for a prescription to be filled. Usually I complete my business here in less time than it would take me to be seen at the drop off counter in many other CVSs.

Prescriber messed up prescription multiple times, each visit staff was helpful and polite. Helped me sort the issue with my prescriber in office and found a massive discount for my prescription. Very good service , no complaints.

Wonderful staff and management! Store manager, Tina, went above and beyond providing great customer service, and quickly resolved an issue I had at another CVS. This will now be my go to location.

After a ridiculous experience at the Derby store regarding a refund (within the allowed time, unopened, and not restricted for returning), and about 2 hours on the phone and facebook with CVS corporate, to no avail - the manager at this store figured out what to do and resolved the issue, quickly and nicely. Thank you!

This pharmacy and its pharmacists goes above and beyond to order prescriptions when they are not in stock and they always provide clear information and support. Never had any problems! Extremely helpful and professional A+++
