Party City was so busy today - there was an hour wait for balloon orders. I still feel the wait was worth for price, value & quality of the balloons I purchased. The staff is friendly too.

Staff very friendly & helpful. Our balloon order was ready on time. The cashier was happy to help us get balloons in truck.

Our go to place for all our birthday party needs. Balloons or nick nacs, they always seem to have what we need for our kids’ birthday parties. Staff is usually attentive and friendly, which is very important. Sometimes it can take a while to get balloons, so order ahead!

I went in today on my lunch hour, and Marilyn assisted me. My online order wasn't the correct item so she had a staff member look. So I wouldn't have to wait while he unpacked the shipment that had my item in it she took down my name and number and had a driver deliver it directly to my job in Milford That is what I call customer service! I definitely appreciate that!

Talking about going above and beyond!!!! Jeremy was fantastic. I called the party City in Orange and Jeremy picked with a very polite demeanor. I told him i lost my receipt from 06/30 and needed a copy as I was doing my expenses. Without hesitation, he asked me a few questions, and emailed me a copy in minutes. Great Job Jeremy and thanks a bunch.

Kayla and Denzel were the absolute best as well as the crew that helped me. Even though they were working long shifts and tired, they were extremely friendly and went above and beyond. Thank you guys for making my experience at party city great.

Jamie is WONDERFUL!!!! only coming to this location going forward. she will do her best to make sure your purchase is complete by actually checking back stock on & off the sales floor unlike nearby locations. she always has a pleasant attitude & makes your shopping experience well worth it. in this day & age where you can just shop online you'd regret missing out on Jamie's amazing customer service. she is an asset to this store & Party City as a company.

Friendly staffs and good collection

Great store with a great selection. We went at the end of September to make sure we got good costumes before they got sold out. So many things! the only thing I was disappointed in was that they did not have blue lipstick for my costume! They were all super helpful.

We stopped in to get a graduation cap. While checking out my 6y.o. wanted to get a gold balloon. The cashier was gracious enough to not only give my son the balloon, but to blow it up as well.... My son was so happy😊. There are still kind, nice ppl around.

They have a great selection of beanie boos but none of them can twerk only the pups cannot. So I suggest you fix this issue. Love you have a great day hows your mother doing?
