ShopRite of Orange, CT

Everyone is always pleasant and accommodating at this shop rite! From customer service to food service, especially Avdil@food service. He was super helpful giving me all the info I needed and taking the order for our family's Thanksgiving dinner! Very happy with this stress free interaction!!

This like a one stop shop for all your groceries and Confectioneries. The staffers are courteous and very responsive. I had a great day shopping here today. They also have great discount especially when you’ve got their Shoprite Card and I was able to sign up today for a new card. There’s a wheelchair accessibility entrance and and parking. Also this Shoprite can be easily noticed from a vehicle in normal traffic.

Had an unfortunate/inappropriate experience with a vendor, but the kindness from the women at self-checkout and manager that I spoke with was incredible. I really wish I had gotten their names, but thank you for being so nice & taking care of it so quickly.

Love the variety of herbal ,hot teas, also! I'm making a care package for my daughter, who happens to be a herbal tea lover, so I purchased Bigelow Benefits Lemon & Echinacea Herbal tea, and Ginger & Peach Herbal tea. Also, I selected Twinings Assorted, 4 Flavour Variety Pack includes Pomegranate & Raspberry, Nightly Calm, Orange & Cinnamon Spice, and Pure Camomile. The teas are individually wrapped, naturally flavored, and caffeine free.

Brought my 93 yr. old Mom grocery shopping here a few times. Although shopping is not my favorite task, I was pleasantly surprised. The store was very clean and the shelves were stocked. The cashiers - Matt (I believe) and Phyllis (who acutally remembered us) were wonderful. Thank you.

We found a lot of what my college student needed in the way of gluten free food. We will be back.

This place is brand new.... Hot fresh food sushi made fresh... Even a burttio bar....thats right a BURTTIO BAR!!!!...they got it all.... Even fresh fast pre-cooked meals if you have to make dinner after a long work day.... All the top brands companies and small vendors... I shop no where else...

One of the best Shop Rites I've been to. I will say they are strict with the self checkout and having less than 20 items, which makes sense.
I typically shop at Stop&Shop but they never have certain items. This Shop Rite has everything I need. The store is always very clean and organized. They staff are friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend shopping here. Palwasha rang me out and she was one of the sweetest cashiers I've ever had. She was so nice and helpful.

Sushi is amazing at a great price, sometimes better than japanese restaurants! They will take a customized order if you come in earlier in the day. It's basically the only reason I come here. Employees are very nice as well

The store had plenty of stock items available and thwre was a good balance of employees so that you don't have to hunting for one when you need help. The deli has adopted the Covid standards but they are also staffed to accommodate.

Much nicer than the old west haven shoprite that closed late last year.

Since the transformation of this store from the old Stop & Shop days, waling in to the Orange, CT Shop Rite is a breathe of fresh air. Take that clean fresh air and apply it to the produce and prepared foods and you will be in total Awe!
The space between the displays are plentiful and everywhere you look is light, bright, and clean. Staff is very helpful and when you get to the cashier they politely ask if you were able to find everything you were looking for. Where do you find service like that?
I am quite sure this is the new norm when it comes to all the Shop Rites' but whichever one you visit, I hope your experience is as joyful as mine.

Love this store. Well maintained, the inside is beautiful, the lines move quick, the food is always fresh and stocked, everything is easy to find. The bottle return is fantastic given you can put all sorts of different things in the same receptacle.

Very clean, produce is always fresh (no rotting fruit or veggies), and very helpful/kind staff. Love shopping here. Even when there are long lines, they get them worked down quickly and efficiently, without damaging your stuff

The floral department is cheap and good quality. The florist Kathy helped me with an arrangement. She assisted in picking out the flowers and gave me the barcodes so I could pay while she was making it. I came back to this gorgeous display. The people who received the bouquet were touched and very pleased. Thank you Kathy!
