I was gone for a few months but, I'm glad to be back on my feet 🫶 I missed everyone 🙋🏼‍♀

Was here tonight 11/10/2023 at 11:30p.m. front doors said go to side door. We go to the side door, and they are locked the lights are on and there is no closed sign on. 15 minutes later us and 5 possible customers have taken our business elsewhere because we can't figure out why the doors are locked or where the employee is at! Says its a 24 hr location... guess not this night.

Wait staff very good and attentive. Cook staff horrible 8 oz steak which was 5 Oz FAT!

Testing for cook by cutting in with waitress and kept cutting further and further over to find the meat! Waitress stopped me, apologized and went for another steak right away.
NO EXCUSE FOR A COOK PREPARING THIS EXCEPT HORRIBLE KITCHEN MANAGEMENT.

Came to buy my girlfriend a pop on the way to an appointment at 5:50 on March 31st 2023 , she is handicapped , when i pull into handicapped spot i was told to move by a worker when i stepped out of car because i am “not handicapped and nobody else is in the car is” so instead of arguing with her i decided to park at the pump and walk in for a pop . the cashier was laughing at talking about it with a costumer thinking it was a joke , so i politely told her i hope you and your worker both know my girlfriend is actually handicapped and her feelings was hurt and that cashier seemed to not care and try to make an excuse as to why i wasn’t supposed to park there… Horrible service and me and my girlfriend will never be going there again

Was at this location at 4:45 pm on 5/6/20. I was attempting to use first responder discount at pumps. Accepted my code under loyalty rewards but not my cc swipe. Was prompted to see cashier. Two Male clerks at counter quite honestly acted as if I interrupted their card game and were annoyed at my presence. I disregarded the sale and left.Great thing BP is doing but they should better inform their staff on promotion and freindlier customer service.

Horrible customer service. The cashier, Patricia, was rude and acted like it was a huge inconvenience that I was prepaying for gas. You should treat your customers with more respect. They are the reason why you get a paycheck. It's a shame that there are so many mean people in this world.
