AT&T Store

I came in to purchase a new screen protector for my smartphone and to see if I could have help putting another screen protector on a separate device. Brandon provided the some of the best customer assistance I have received in any store. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, patient and just gave off a good vibe in general. He also went above and beyond by installing both screen protectors quickly and flawlessly. A+

Mike and Brandon were fantastic. Their customer service was second to none, as well as their knowledge and competence. My husband and I are so grateful for how easy and smooth they made the process. Thank you Mike and Brandon !!

Brandon At the ATT Cheshire store was very helpful this morning.my phone wasn’t charging and I figured phone was defective. I asked Brandon to look at my phone and he cleaned out the charger part and yes my phone was charging again. Thank you Brandon for giving great customer service and making a customer very happy.

Through all the chaos of one employee handling all customer traffic and phone calls, Brandon Ward, maintained his composure and handled everyone's issues with his laid back composure. I was actually stressed out watching him try to handle everything that was coming his way. My issue alone required him to make several phone calls until he could get someone who could assist him, all while handling phones and other walk in customers. Not sure how he remained so calm because all I could think was that ATT needed more people working in that store to assist the volume of customers they have! I hope ATT recognizes a great employee as they are hard to come by....

Brendan was excellent . He was able to solve the problem of getting my phone back into apple ap store. He worked on it for a while and didn’t give up. He called apple with us and solved the issue. Then he helped me with a new case and credit card holder. He put the pieces together for me. Not knowing anything about phones he was very kind working with us. Brendan deserves five stars for customer service.

I went into the store as a T-mobile customer just price checking plans and new phone promotions. While the promotion itself was pretty enticing, I made the switch to AT&T right then and there because of Mike, our representative, whom provided the information we needed to make a decision without being a pushy salesman. He was able to transfer our accounts, give us a great deal for new phones, and do it super efficiently and fast. I usually despise the phone buying process but this was by far the best experience I've had. Thanks Mike!

I stopped into the Cheshire AT&T store for help with my sons phone which was not working. We had purchased the phone from AT&T two months ago. Initially we tried using AT&T’s call center and they were no help. Brandon worked with us to try and ascertain what the problem was. After trying several times to repair the problem the phone still did not work. Instead of just telling us to call customer service he called them with us. They again were not much help. Brandon then contacted a different customer service department and they both spent a great deal of effort to fix the problem. Unfortunately, the issue was with the Google phone and not AT&T. Brandon was amazing. He spent two hours with us. He was so nice and he really went above what most customer service reps would have done. The manager Mike was also helping and he actually stayed past the time his shift ended to make sure there was a resolution. I used to have TMobile and left because their customer service was horrible. I’m so appreciative of everything Brandon and Mike did to help us. Definitely stop in the Cheshire store and ask for Brandon or Mike!

Many thanks to Brandon at AT&T in Cheshire. My phone died and he got me into a new iPhone in a flash and uploaded all my back up to iCloud fast. Super personable and easy to work with.

I recently had the pleasure of doing business at this store in Cheshire. It is by far the BEST EXPERIENCE I've had with ANY AT&T outlet.
AT&T should train ALL of their store employees with as much integrity, and professionalism as this particular store. Meagan & Shane are by far the best employees AT&T has working for them. Their knowledge of the products is very impressive 👏🏻. Their desire to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my new service was without question the best I've EVER encountered within the wireless community.
I highly recommend this store, if anyone is looking to start new service or upgrade an existing plan with AT&T go to that store. You won't find another store in their entire network with a much desire to help you and to assure you're TOTAL AND COMPLETE SATISFACTION as that one.

The new manager Meagan is wonderful! She broke everything down for me and made it very easy for me to understand my plan and all the current promos. The current staff at this store is amazing and I will be returning to upgrade the other phones on my account. Thank you Meagan and Brandon!

Matt is a super hero. This past week I was without a phone due to an order error. Matt helped me backup my data so I didn’t lost anything, helped me return my phone, helped me order another, and helped me get all set up. It was tricky and too A LOT of patience. He never lost his smile or kindness. He was sincere and truly happy to help. He was easy to talk to and made waiting hours at a time no bad at all. He is a superb employee of AT&T and deserves a RAISE!!!! Thank you so much Matt!!!

We went to the Apple Iphone store in Cheshire Conn. The staff Brandon and Meghan were extremely helpful. They made sure we received the discounts for first responders and picked up all of the necessary equipment while we were there. They also made sure all of our information was transferred to the new phone. Great experience:)

So, I had a complicated (to me) situation dealing with a work cell phone. I found that the 2 employees at the Cheshire location are extremely professional, knowledgeable and more importantly, friendly. They both were so helpful in the several times I had to visit them. I stopped at southington and Waterbury locations and found that neither of those stores could compare to the service I received in Cheshire. And frankly, Southington leaves ALOT to be desired. They didn’t want to help me at all. Their attitudes were horrible. Waterbury was friendly, but not helpful at all. I highly recommend Cheshire location for all of your needs!

I had to replace a damaged phone quickly. Needed to take one home with me. The young man that helped me was very courteous and well versed on the products. He helped me decide on a phone that would do every thing I needed. It was a little harder because there are no display models. I left with a new phone and information about what to do with my old one and the exploded battery. I have been with AT & T since the 1990s... always been happy.

Rep was very helpful cant remember his name. All I remember was he had long hair . He helped me out on Friday convinced me to add a line because of the promos that were running and I was already thinking about adding a line to my account for my daughter. Got iphone for 5 dollars a month. So grateful for this rep and because of him I got a better deal. This will be the store I always come too.

Just had the pleasure of meeting Shane at the AT&T store in Cheshire. I needed a new phone and wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for. Shane helped me learn about the choices I had and about which phone fit me best. I can honestly say I was nervous about spending money on a new phone adventure but Shane made it painless & almost fun =) I will def. be back to the Cheshire store to see Shane with all my questions & needs. Welcome to my life new iphone =)

I cannot say enough good things about Sylwia. She helped my husband and I out on an issue we had on an outstanding phone order. She took the time to phone corporate and work through the issue and ended up staying to work the issue out almost 40 mins after the store closed. She was patient and kind and just wanted to help us. She is a complete asset to the AT&T store.

Oscar the At&t store manager was very helpful. I came in to pay bill. He asked if I had time to review bill as I did. Not only did he save me money on the new plan he put me on but he also gave me a quote for tv which will cut my bill in half. I will be returning by next week to see if I sign up and switch. Thanks Oscar!!!!!

Usually I hate shopping for new phones but meeting Sylwia the store manager here was an absolute amazing experience. I ended up upgraded multiple phones in my account and adding extra services to lower my monthly bill! I never knew I could package my TV and mobile phone together. Definitely ask for Sylwia, great staff all around.

Meagan was a great help here. Handled all my questions and got me set up and out of the door fast and easy! Highly recommend this store for phones and tablets!
