Outstanding with Covid 19 Vaccinations. Two visits to this location for my vaccinations left me impressed. They completely have their act together, staff was wonderfully helpful and the store is quite clean. Good job!!

I was at CVS today on Easter Sunday. The cashier was so very nice , he was friendly and chatted a bit. He rang up the order timely, offered me a much needed bag and was pleasant. I appreciated his kindness!

I've been using this pharmacy a year or two. Recently I had an issue with my son's medication being on hold. My doctor's office had no input and I called my insurance 5x over a week unable to get answers. Tonight I called the pharmacy and the woman was so helpful even though I could tell they were busy. She fixed the issue and I was able to get the medication he needs. I didnt get her name but I really wish I did! Thank you sooo much! (Edit: her name is Crystal!) I will say every time I've had an issue this pharmacy's employees have always taken the time to help sort it out. As someone with multiple chronic illnesses I couldn't appreciate them more.

I've been going to CVS for years and have never had any staff member be rude to me. The pharmacist are always very helpful and polite.

Products in this store can be quite expensive, but you're paying for the convenience. I don't understand the other complaints/comments, however. They're usually busy, but always helpful and polite. Pharmacies have a lot of laws, policies, protocol, and regulations to follow. If they need to verify your doctor's DEA license or get prior authorization, it's because they HAVE to, not because they want to make you wait. They WILL and DO fill prescriptions even if you don't have any insurance. I know, as I'm one of the millions in this country without insurance. My money is as good as any insurance company's.

I have been using CVS in Prospect for years and honestly, I don't understand the negative reviews here. They are prompt, respectful and always polite. I can't think of a reason that I would ever use a different pharmacy!

Drive up window in pharmacy is convenient but staff is rude .

Rude little man - child at the drive thru on 1/14/20 @ 5pm it was not busy, pulled right up and 3 people waiting inside. There were 2 pharmacists and 3 support staff. The management should really review employee attitudes and performance. Alot of room for improvement.
