Update 08/16/2023 - Review has not changed. Even with staff changes, the family friendly atmosphere is still present in this store. The pharmacist still remembers me by name.

Cleanest Rite Aid store I've seen in South Puget Sound area. Best Customer Service. All staff are very friendly. Pharmacy staff are TOP-NOTCH! When there was an issue with my daughter's seizure prescription over a weekend, they were the only ones that were able to resolve the issue.

i have always received excellent help from the people who work in this pharmacy. they are so helpful to my needs.

In the pharmacy Ram and James are extremely helpful. I have been going to this rite aid for the past 10 years and in 2013 I suffered a work injury. They have always been there for me to make sure I understand my medications, answer any questions I have and I just so caring and friendly. If you need a great pharmacy/pharmacist they are the ones to go to.

I was greeted by s friendly cashier Adrian. After I got my medicine I went to ask a few questions. He seemed to be new there but he was super eager to help. Some of the best customer service I've had in a long time.

The pharmacy staff is beyond amazing and always go above and beyond what is expected. I've been a customer for 16 years and I'm so grateful to them for all of their time, effort and support! The front desk cashiers are consistently friendly and helpful as well.

Always super friendly and way better at getting our scripts ready in a timely manner! It is tough right now with how slammed the pharmacies are but they always go out of their way to do what they can. Issues with a script and on a massive time crunch and they helped us resolve the problem! Thank you! So happy we switched to them from Safeway!!!

This is a wonderful Rite Aid pharmacy, and a special thanks to Evan, pharmacy technician, who helped me deal with a late prescription refill. My first visit here was resolved quickly and professionally by the head pharmacist a couple of months ago when I moved to Washington from California. I had nothing but problems with the RITEAID in California, even thought of leaving them, but this RITEAID has convinced me to stick with this business. Thank you for your fantastic customer service!

The Pharmacy staff are excellent and really went above and beyond today. RiteAid Corporate office had advertised an "extra COVID shots" event at the Milton location on Facebook. When I got there the store informed me that it was a mistake, and the event was actually 30min away. In spite of this, they worked with me to figure out options and were very helpful--thank you!

I went way too long without getting my carpal tunnel medication. So bad that by the time I got in, I was driving with my wrists and I couldn't even open my wallet. I am very appreciative of the pharmacist who helped me take out and run my credit card and even put things back in the right place. It didn't feel embarrassing, it felt like he did that every day and I'm appreciative that it went as smooth as it did.

This RiteAid has very courteous and caring pharmacy staff. There usually is a good selection of products as well.

They are great. Extremely busy, like all good pharmacies, but they really fast in filling my orders, and following through.
