been going here for years & they are great! prices on some things can be iffy but hey it’s still a lot better than goodwill and most thrifts. not sure what these other comments are talking about because i’ve never had a problem going here. definitely recommended make sure you look thru everything for the best deals:)

I LOVE this place. I’ve been going here for about 2 years and it’s a hidden gem. I mean yeah the neighborhood isn’t the best and outside is kinda sketchy but that doesn’t reflect on the store itself. The prices are amazing. You can find Tommy, Calvin Klein, Eddie Bauer and L.L Bean for less than $4 regular priced. They have a huge selection and the staff is always friendly. Each day throughout the week they have crazy good discounts (50% off everything, green tags, blue tags etc.) also there’s a cute bird in the back as well that likes to talk lol.

Love love love this place! Definitely my favorite Tacoma thrift store. They always have amazing prices and sales, a great selection of merchandise and of course all the treasures. The staff is really friendly and helpful! I know a few reviews have stated the location being sketching. As a life long Tacoma resident I can say that all of Tacoma is sketchy. It’s just how it is no exceptions. Certainly worth checking out if you are in the mood for great deals and an adventure!

Great deals on secondhand clothing! Second only to Goodwill Outlet– but no need to rifle through filthy bins at Thrift City! My all time favorite thrift shop as I’ve left there with some seriously amazing scores almost every trip!

My favorite Tacoma thrift store. Great prices, good selection. My main focus is women and children's clothes. I love how they always have 50% and 75% off color tags daily and multiple additional sales during the week! Much better prices than Goodwill. It keeps me coming back multiple times a month. :)

The only change I would request is sorting by size, especially in the pants sections. That would make the experience even better.

This place is the $h¡+! I got there at 8pm and was worried I was gonna miss out tonight. The employees gave me an extra 10 mins and I was able to get my man an outfit that was so perfect you would have thought we went the distance to find it. All for under 10$, fo sho hand over they are the best thrift store in pierce county THEY STAND OUT ABOVE THE REST, THANKS T.C.!!! 100%❤

Awesome store. I can get caught up for hours treasure hunting this place! It's massive & has so much stuff to search through. Prices have gotten a little higher recently, but they run discounts every day for certain colored tags, so chances are you can return then & get what you eyeballed previously for a great price.

Organized, clean, Awesome price$, great hours!! The only thing I say could use improvement, would definitely be their customer service! 4 out of 6 visits the ladies helping me check out are not very friendly!

I love thrift City. I got to go all out today. On Monday everything with a certain color tag is a dollar I got out of there with like $50 worth of clothes if not more for twenty bucks now. Now it's time to go to my closet and out with the old and in with the new. Thank you thrift City for the new clothes. This is truly the place if you want to find a good bargain. I also went looking for mason jars rings and lids and boy howdy I found them I didn't think I would but I did that's amazing.

The best thrift shop in Tacoma by far. They always have amazing deals and much more affordable than Goodwill. Staff is very friendly and nice.

Excellent prices. Way better than "Goodwill" and how they price stuff, ridiculously high..and they have actually have color tag sales with the items still in existence.

No crowded at all and I got 2 long sleeve shirts 3pairs of socks for less than 10 bucks all of them were like new I've been getting clothes there for yrs one of my favorite places the bus in the parking lot has good food too

GREAT deals and staff is very friendly, they have good stuff but you have to look. They don't have things in order by size which is the only thing I don't like. Either way I love this place!

I got 5 vintage sweaters in amazing condition for $12. These prices are competitive and better than anything else around.
