Nectar Bath Treats | Universal City Walk

This is not a reflection of this particular store, more so the company in general, so that's why I'm doing 5 stars. I like the product very much, however when you order to have it shipped, it doesn't ship well. I ordered 2 cupcake soaps, and they're a mess inside their boxes, making them no longer have nice presentation as gifts. One of the boxes has smeared soap inside on the viewing window of the box. Both on their sides. Probably from getting bounced around in shipping. There has to be a better way to package these so this doesn't happen. Unfortunately I will have to break the seal to clean them up and try to save these gifts. Hopefully no visible damage to the soaps themselves. Fingers crossed. Not ideal Nectar. Please consider this for future shipments to your customers. These will be the last two I purchase until there is a change.

Such a cute fun store! Smells amazing, and has such cute treats - for bathing in. The waffles looked so cute I just wanted to eat them! It’s a creative way of designing bath bombs for sure. High quality products that smell so good! Highly recommend getting something!

This place is very lovely and the customer service is great. I had such a fun experience here. One of the workers with pink hair let us let us try out some body scrubs and lotions. It was really difficult making a decision because everything was so cute! I ended getting a sea themed donut and it smells amazing. I will definitely be coming back here soon 😊

A smiling employee was standing outside with a few samples on a tray and my kids were convinced it was REAL cupcakes & ice cream. She let them smell and gently touch the items on the tray and they were instant fans. We looked at each handmade item and smelled them. My girls wanted 2 of everything! AnaChristina was so patient in answering all our questions and let us try a bubble bath hand wash and scented lotion. At that point we were hooked so we had to select a waffle shaped bubble bath/soap combo that can be split for 4 uses. We didn't intend to get anything as we were heading into Universal but we couldn't resist after trying. The store and it's employees were fun, colorful and welcoming. Every product was beautifully made and smelled wonderful.

I'm straight up obsessed with this place - one of the highlights of my trip. The person with the pink hair gave us a full trial of the hand and body products and my hands were smooth for like 2 days afterward...if I lived nearby I would have totally bought more stuff and made this my go-to place.

Great experience blending lotions! I brought my daughter and friends to enjoy creating their own lotions and choosing from a large selection of bath bombs! Sam was great with our girls!

I actually bought stuff, which is saying something since I typically only look in these stores. The associates were very helpful and eager to provide samples. I ended up with two soap-cookie sandwiches and smelling like pomegranates in the best way. Thanks.

The service was amazing and the products smelt great. Olive gave us free samples to try and she was really great! Would highly recommend this place and there products.

I went for a walk at City Walk. When I was walking, I passed this store, it smelled very nice like dessert. Go in and look at a lot of small food and with rich smells. But I was amazed that everything around them were Soaps. A worker gave me an example of using a soap in the shape of Ice Cream and the truth it left my hands very soft and they smelled like vanilla snow. I buy one and the truth is that the little soaps leave my hands so soft.

OMG, this store is adorable and they have incredibly delicious bath treats. A must-visit shop!

such amazing service the second I walked into the store I was greeted by a lovely young woman Caitlin, she helped me through out my whole bath treats shopping experience here. My nieces loved the gifts I got them and I treated myself as well ! 10/10 service, highly recommended everyone to come to this location. Caitlin made sure I was helped the whole time and enjoyed my experience here. The bath treats I got were such good quality and smelled amazing. Unique store and amazing workers!

We had a great experience during our last visit to Nectar Bath Treats. The customer associate Seaka was kind and knowledgeable. She gave us a demonstration of many different soap products. We loved the feel of it. The smell was amazing!

I would highly recommend this brand & this shop.

The staff was amazing. Claudia and Stephanie were amazing to work with. They explained all the products and helped with getting everything we could want and need in scents that we love. I can’t wait to drive up again and buy another big supply of goodies. Highly recommend stopping by this store. Their customer service is on point, and their products are amazing.

Such a cute novelty bath shop. Intended just to window shop but Blossom gave us the best demo and was so enthusiastic about the products. We did our CityWalk lap and came back to buy a few things. Blossom was there and we enjoyed interacting with her again as we left.

i really like this store. all products are so adorable and all the employees are very kind. only problem is its in universal studios lol. expensive parking

Went in today around 1:30pm and Mary was so phenomenal. She was polite, educational and did a wonderful demo on us. It was such an easy going experience because usually when people do demos, they force product on you- she did the opposite. She allowed us to do the demo and shop around freely without hovering or forcing a purchase. We ended up buying a product because of how well she catered our experience. Great job! Would visit again just for Mary :)

I love how all of their soap are shaped like desserts! I bought a blue macaron, and plan on buying more colours and desserts in future locations. Staff was very nice as well.

This place is amazing!! The soaps and scrubs have done wonders for my skin! Also, the staff was amazing! Pedro was so kind, inviting, and funny!! He went the extra mile to make my friends and I feel cared for and appreciated in there. Everybody working there had smiles and a friendly attitude. I will definitely be back! <3

Mariana C. was the sales rep that helped me. She was absolutely fabulous. I was shocked that she is only 18. Her customer service skills exceed her age by far! The bath bombs I bought are the best I've ever used. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The only down side is that I live across the country, but I will be ordering online. The products are amazing, the store is very cute and clean, the sales reps are knowledgeable and helpful without being too pushy. Even my extremely manly covered in tattoos boyfriend enjoyed getting his hands exfoliated. Thank you Mariana for all of your help!!!!
