Universal Studio Store

Cool little shop, has lots of universal studios merch. Staff was friendly and store was clean and well organized.

One of the most beautiful places to visit. Must visit if in LA. The only problem was it was too crowded. Every ride took almost 40 minutes. Best was the Harry Potter ride , just can't afford to miss it. 2nd best was Jurassic Park and transformers. Just try to avoid the long queue of Mario bros, as it might take almost 75 min . Minions and kung fu panda are absolutely a theater experience. Overall it's a dream experience to visit a universal studio. Make sure you reach early around 8:15 as parking is a big hassle and takes some 30-40 minutes to reach the main entrance from the parking area to the entrance. Even many rides and activities are there for small kids. Food is ok but ice cream is a must try.

Its always a pleasure to be and watch everything they do for horror night.

In this store there are many things from Harry Potter's movies. Suits, scarves, caps, magical trinkets, poaters and more. The only thing is that they were expensive. But the store is fine and beautiful.

Man named Orlando helped us was very friendly, very helpful and looked for some items for my wife and I Orlando was very professional and very caring for the products we purchased

Great place! Entertaining! Clean! Great food at Harry Potter cafeteria,fast friend service! Not cheap but good! Ride is fun! Worth the time and adventure.

Came here to get the Halloween Horror Nights merch before things sold out and let me say, I was not disappointed! Store was well stocked with plenty of inventory and seemed to be well on track. The staff was great with helping find things and also just overall friendly and full of good banter. They were offering options and suggestions without being pushy. Working retail myself that foes a long way for me. Overall if you're here for the merch it's a good place to be. You don't need actual park tickets since it's located outside in CityWalk so you can easily come and shop all you want. Another year down for HHN and more to come!! See you in the fog!!

Loved the store.
Went to get a special wand for my son’s birthday.
He wanted one with a dragon feather heart. Odalys went out of her way to make this experience magical for my son. She got all of the wands that met his specifications and helped him decide on his first magical HP wand.

Needless to say the kids were so happy and I ended up buying like 4 more items because she was so great.

Great team members. Orlando was top notch and very hospitable, helpful and friendly.

It was great it was good people good service. The prices for the tickets was very reasonable. I definitely recommend all customers of all ages and nationality to come visit. At least one time to get the full experience from morning all the way till the very end.

Orlando at the Super Nintendo store is amazing. He remembered it was my son's birthday from earlier in the day and wished him a happy birthday again.

Horror night 🌙

Every Day the adults and children can shop at Universal studio store. Inside the store are t-shirts and hats and souvenirs that people can buy.

Great customer service! Had to return a hoodie. The manager was awesome helping me finding the right size! I forgot her name but thank you guys!!

Incredibly friendly, kind and caring staff. Not overly in your face as you shop but there if you need help finding something or deciding between two items. Lovely reception.

We love Blue the Raptor, he's the best Raptor. I didn't think the lab could make dinosaurs like that.
