It is a good market to get all your groceries and find other things. Average prices and good quality.

We're from the east coast. After church last Sunday, we went to Ralphs to get 2 vases for an arrangement for a sick friend & her mom/sister. Met Aurora from the Floral department who was so nice, kind and helped me picked the best vase for a good price. When I mentioned it was for a sick friend, she even gave a small white lily to add in my arrangement sending healing for my friend. What a blessing! Thank you Aurora, continue to be a blessing to everyone you meet. God bless.

Such a clean, well stocked store. Employees are very friendly. I haven't been in this store for a while, and am pleasantly surprised to see it thriving despite all the difficulties we are undergoing in the country

I literally travel by metro from where I live near 6th and Rampart (near downtown) by metro just to go to this Ralph's. For me "personally" it's a the staple on a perfect grocery store

This is my favorite Ralphs in the neighborhood. Large selection of fresh produce year round, decent dairy and meat, huge cheese selection, and variety of local wines. Everything is conveniently organized and very friendly personnel.

10/10 It has a middle aisle of pretty decent homeware??? So nice.

Stayed nearby and everything we needed was there. Staff were very friendly.

Good spot for groceries near Universal Studios

Without a doubt my favorite grocery store so far in California. I moved here a few months ago, so I am still new. The staff is absolutely amazing! I like that almost everyone I've talked to has had a true smile. They are genuinely friendly and courteous. The staff is well organized and check out time fast. Large parking lot, both above and underground parking available. I find the prices are fair and competitive with what I've seen elsewhere. With some products like over the counter medication, you'll find great prices. Outstanding choices on health food and supplements. The produce in my experience has always been fresh. Great choice on apples, I like the Fuji apples the most. The ginger is some of the most spicy and fresh that I've found here. I use it in teas, juices and cooking. I love the variety of Sourdough bread as well. The store made Sourdough bread is fantastic. I will update my review as time goes on and post some pics.

Typical Ralphs store with good products and good service! No complaint!

Everything was fresh whether it was food, flowers or produce. The vitamins are also cheaper than anywhere else. Great Halloween products! Self service was easy to follow.

I am from Ohio and once again I am back in the area. I know here people are different and not as nice as in Ohio due to being nervous and the incidences that happen. I just have to post this as every single time I have visited this location for groceries, MATTHEW who has been near the self checkouts has been the absolute BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER! I always say this and that is the best experience, however this young man is so helpful, so kind and considerate and always, always, has he most soothing voice and directed me to this or that in the store. I would not be surprised if he was.the next manager or higher.
He is such an asset to this location and I want to thank him publicly for being so AWESOME! There is also a lady I met the first day I visited Ralph’s and a guy was complaining about her. I will tell you that he was in the wrong and she was doing the best she could with everyone needing her at their check out. She was kind and so patient. She did nothing at all wrong as I was listening and the customer IS NOT ALWAYS RIGHT! Wanted to smack him and tell him to shut his pie hole. No one should ever try to hurt someone’a financial means just due to them being an A-hole.

Excellent selection and juice bar. Cold brew from Portland. Conveniently close to Universal studios and Warner bros.

Duwayne one of the managers at this location always is friendly, always greets you with a smile, knowledgeable, willing to help and always goes above and beyond to make you feel valued and appreciated.
His line is always the longest because people enjoy his great genuine personality. His is such a highlight and asset to this location. I would highly recommend this location because of his excellent 5 star customer service.

Moved to this Ralph's location for several reasons, products I want are usually available, weekly sales, pickup is helpful for a senior, great bakery n produce. Friendly checkers.

This Ralph's location is so freaking easy to get in and out of at the hours that I prefer to go to the grocery store, (3-4 am usually). And I love that they leave the self-checkout terminals open at that hour. Clean store, helpful & engaging staff, and massive selection at this Studio City 24hr Ralph's!

I love this Ralphs, it has everything you need. Good choice of fresh food, meat, bakery section is wonderful. It is very clean and well organized, easy to navigate. Everybody is so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend!

My grocery store for years, this Ralph's location keeps getting better and better. I'm like one of those old people who gets confused when they move things around, but the produce is fresh and the prices are reasonable. Great cheese counter, sushi chefs that take requests and an attentive deli. Who else hates the long waits other places?

I love this Ralphs! Huge store with a bakery, deli section and great wine selection, not to mention fruits and vegetables.

The parking lot gets jammed up during rush hour, and so do the checkout lines in the store.

As my lease is coming to an end, I am literally only looking for other places on my street because I want to stay within walking distance to this Ralphs! They're open 24 hours (yes, for those 4am grocery trips ^.~), and even though they just had a change in upper management (Ralphs Sherman Oaks, quit stealing my people!), their staff is still generally great and super helpful! It's also clean and easy to navigate, with a great Service Deli and everything. Plus, it's in a plaza with Starbucks, Jamba Juice, Togo's, BR, City Wok, and easy surface lot + underground parking. Love this Ralphs.
