My representative, Lee, was top notch! Knowledgeable, courteous, personable, efficient, helpful and attentive. He worked quickly to upgrade my phone to minimize the time I had to spend at the store. He is highly competent and provided fantastic customer service to each customer present.

Low vision experts! I visited this store because it was less crowded than the other Verizon stores, but the customer service was absolutely outstanding! Costas took great care of me, explaining all the products and specials that would apply. He did something no other customer service person has done, he found out what I was going to be using the products for first, then proceeded to recommend what would fulfill my needs the best. It was a wonderful experience, they even took care of some programming problems I had afterwards with a smile. 😎🙃 I was so happy I chose this store over the others.

Costas is awesome, helped me out big time and did a great job. Everything went smooth and easy, he's a good guy and very knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Darius deserves to run this store and make at least 6 figures a year. His customer service and knowledge is exceptional. If it weren't for him, I would be totally screwed with a brand new phone and smart watch that didn't work. If I could give Verizon a 1 rating, I would. The 5 star rating is for Darius. A company is only as strong as their strongest employees and I hope he gets recognized for his hard work. Thanks again Darius!

This store is understaffed but we were helped by Darius who was extremely helpful and very patient with my elderly mother and got us everything we needed as quickly as he possibly could. I was very impressed with his patience and excellent customer service even though he had others waiting in line. luckily the others waiting in line we're very patient as well. we all need to support these customer service reps that are having to work in a store that's understaffed it's not their fault and they are doing the best they can

My husband and I always go to this Verizon location on Sunnyside in Happy Valley. We are always treated respectfully and never made to feel inadequate or incompetent when we have questions. Although they don't always have variety in phone color options in stock, they will order whatever you want. We had the most delightful experience working with Costas and Dariuss. They were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Both of them were genuinely happy to help and provided us the best options and discounts available with no pressure to buy or what to buy, only good, knowledgeable advice to help us make a well informed decision for our phone needs. The representatives are why we keep coming back to this location. Please recognize Costas and Dariuss for a job well done and ensuring return customers by providing superior customer service. We just want to say what GREAT customer service we experienced with Arleen at this location. They were short staffed and she was the only one working. We had a complicated case with turning in our old phones for new ones and she was patient and kind the whole way thru, did a great job at multi-tasking when others would come in, all while still helping us get things set up. She even stayed past hours to help us with our new phones, and not only did she help us once, she continued to help us the following day and stayed past hours once again when we were having issues with our phones. We do not live close to this location, but because of the FANTASTIC customer service she provided us, this will be our store from now on.

Darius was extremely helpful with my new phone. He was wonderful as explaining everything and all of my options! Will 100% return and recommend this location.

Had the best experience working with Ace at this location. My phone was no longer turning on and not only was he able to help me with upgrading to a new phone but he also suggested switching me over to a business plan to save me nearly $20 on my monthly payment. Customer Service and knowledge of what was available/which plan would work for me was beyond incredible. Will definitely be back!

I am very happy with the customer service We received from Ace. I have always gone to the Verizon location close to my home but no longer. He gave us options and actually listened and cared to help fix our issue. Tough to find good people like Ace.

This will be the only Verizon store I will now use! There are some closer but I will happily drive the extra 5 miles to see Ace and his team at this location! We recently were dealing with a quite complicated phone situation and “Ace” was the only one who went the extra mile to help us explore all our options to optimize our best deal! The store closest to our house didn’t even tell us we had different options! Ace spent several hours over a few visits to make sure everything was perfect for the whole family and secured us the best deal ! Thanks Ace!

Came into the store looking to switch from my previous provider and the employees here were very helpful: very informative, friendly, and weren't pushy when it came to trying to tell me about any particular phone or accessory, a trend that so many modern retail stores get wrong. When I asked about how their plans compared to other providers the sales rep. gave me a very unbiased, comprehensive comparison, allowing me to make an informed decision without the use of shady sales tactics. Decided to switch over and the whole process was very quick, I would definitely come back again and recommend this store to others!

I was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding service I received by Isaiah yesterday. My Android phone had serious issues. I was welcomed, my phone diagnosed and fixed. What could have been a stressful hassle, was an excellent experience which I really appreciated. The team members I interacted with were smart and professional. Sea jay Lopez was fabulous to work with. I’m older and technology is sometimes hard to understand. He was so knowledgeable and so patient with explaining and never made me feel stupid. I am extremely happy with the EXCELLENT service that Jenn and Johnny provided for my wife and I recently. Jenn and Johnny went above and beyond the call of duty with walking us through our upgrades even though the store was closing soon, at first I thought Jenn and Johnny would tell us it was too late and have us come back the next day, but to my surprise they were actually happy to assist us even after I said we could come back some other day because I didn't want to be rude, to which Jenn replied, "we can do your upgrades right now, it is no problem at all". I was not fond of Verizon before this experience as I have been lied to by previous reps which I explained to Jenn and Johnny and they explained where the rep most likely made the error. They explained to my wife and I everything that was going on with our upgrades and future upgrades Very thoroughly and patiently. Jenn and Johnny told us about their trade in program and even helped us choose accessories for our new devices. The patience and customer service Jenn and Johnny provided my wife and I was EXCELLENT, they helped us transfer all the data from our old phones even though it was closing time never did they make any frustrated faces or comments. I am a loyal Verizon customer now thanks to Jenn and Johnny, these two DESERVE recognition for their EXCELLENT service. Sincerely one happy customer

Jace went above and beyond to ensure my purchase and experience was pleasant and productive. Jace took the time to ensure I was transferred to the new device properly and made sure I didn’t have any questions. He took the initiative to check for savings and talked me through various options. I am planning on another device for a family member and will certainly bring my business back to Jace. The store was clean and everybody followed safety guidelines which is very important in the times we live.

I had an issue with my phone not being able to hold onto a charging cable. I visited a corporate store to see what they could do for me and they said that my phone was not working and I would have to get it replaced. Didn't do too much in regards to looking at it so I didn't get a complete diagnostics. I came to this location and a gentleman by the name of Seajaygreeted me at the door with a smile he introduced himself and he made sure that I knew he was there to take care of me. He looked in my charging port he tried to Cable he said it could be a defective issue looking to my account he told me the options I had we got on the phone and while we were on the phone he also looked into my charging port cleaned a bunch of stuff out of it and made my phone work again so I didn't have to replace my phone.the service here was great I did not have to wait any lines and I'll definitely be coming back for any kind of services I need in the future!
