Happy Valley Ace Hardware

Wow, the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time! I had no fewer than three staff members help me find the item I was looking for, going so far as to open the package for me to make sure it was the right fit before I paid. The cashier was very friendly and welcoming too. And as a woman, to be helped without being dismissed or having someone assume I don’t know what I’m talking about, it’s uplifting. Thank you, Happy Valley ACE!

Ace Hardware always goes the extra mile to help customer's find what they need. I drove here becuz my Ace Hardware store closed (thanks to ParkRose opening just down the street).

The whole staff was so helpful and welcoming. Made me feel as if we were in a small town store. I came in to get a kiddie pool for my baby and the staff helped me adjust the cart to put my baby in, pointed me in the direction I was looking for, even carried my kiddie pool for me at the cash register and helped me out to the car! Will definitely come back here!

I love this place the manager here a little over 2 years ago helped us out a lot. He donated a lot of items to our family for us to raise money for our son's service dogs. Because of the stuff he and other store owners donated we were able to hold a raffle. We earn the money and now we got the dog. His name is Grasshoppers and he is doing a great job Detecting our son seizures and keeping him safe. Thank you for helping us because of people like you we know our son is covered morning and night.

I came here to get key copies for my new place and the employees were super friendly. Answered questions but weren’t overbearing like some other stores. Prices were decent too for a hardware store.

Great folks. Better than having to go to the big boxes and they have nearly anything you need. They can even order many things that their shelves can’t hold due to the limited space.

Friendlest and most helpful staff, plus a little bit of everything

I always come to this location because it's right by my house and the people that work here are always so patient and nice when I go in and ask questions about items. The older gentlemen and young woman at the front desk have the best customer service! Their store hours online said 7pm, but because of covid, they reduced it to 6pm. I didn't know this and tried entering while they were putting their displays back inside the store. They politely told me they were closed. I guess they saw my disappointment, because the older gentleman made an exception to sell me an item I desperately needed for my garden. That act did not go unnoticed and I was very grateful to have been the exception when they could have just as easily turned me away. For that, I will always continue to use this Ace location for my future garden purchases and spread the word about the excellent customer service I experienced!

I went there with a loose idea of what I wanted. The staff were super helpful and knowledgable, AND I got half of what I wanted. The other half, they didn’t have. Thank you team!

It was outstanding! After going to a few auto parts stores, looking for a fitting for my carb, I went to Ace and Leo (one of the employees) was able to help me out. Friendly service all the way around.

I have 2 hardware stores very close to my house and after visiting both I will always come back to this one. Staff is helpful and very friendly. Prices are competitive and they have a decent selection of most anything you would need for stuff around the house and DIY projects. It's a smaller store then a home depot or lowes. They may not have everything that those big stores have but it's so much easier just going down the street to get stuff then to fight traffic to get to bigger store.

Amazing how much stuff is stocked including water valve service kits. Can't rely on staff to help much more than a general area to look for specific things though.

This place has everything! Friendly staff, and very knowledgeable. Our store assistant was Andrew. So very helpful, and kind! He's a real pleasure to deal with!

I love this hardware store! The prices are maybe 5% higher than the big box stores but the convenience makes it worth it. I needed a particular bolt for my motorcycle and they had the exact one. Amazing!
